Customers say
Customers appreciate this prenatal vitamin’s natural form of folate and B vitamins, noting it’s gentle on the stomach with no nausea or constipation issues. The supplement is easy to swallow and provides essential nutrients for both mother and baby, with high-quality ingredients and an affordable price point for methylated folate. While some customers find the pill size manageable, others mention it’s big to swallow.

The Perfect Prenatal Vitamin for Those Sensitive to Iron and Iodine!
I’ve been using the Best Nest Wellness Mama Bird Prenatal Vitamin for several months now, and I am so glad I found this product! As someone who is sensitive to iron and iodine, itâs been challenging to find a prenatal vitamin that meets my needs without causing any discomfort. This iron-free and iodine-free formula is exactly what I was looking for.The ingredients are top-notch, with Methylfolate as the form of folate, which is much easier for the body to absorb and utilize. I love that this product uses high-quality, bioavailable nutrients, which gives me peace of mind knowing that Iâm getting the best possible nutrition for myself and my baby. The vitamins are easy to swallow and donât have any unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that they are free from synthetic fillers and additives, making them a clean and healthy choice. Iâve noticed that my energy levels are more stable since taking these, and I feel confident that Iâm supporting my pregnancy with the right nutrients. If youâre looking for a high-quality prenatal vitamin without iron or iodine, I highly recommend the Best Nest Wellness Mama Bird Prenatal Vitamin. Itâs a fantastic option for anyone with specific dietary needs or sensitivities, and the thoughtful formulation really makes a difference.

ONLY vitamin w/AVAILABLE nutrients at this level and range
I see that this product got a lot of 5 stars. Seems like most products would get some 4s in there, but after researching, getting, and using this product I can see exactly why everyone is giving it 5 stars. Not only is this the best product I’ve ever seen, it’s the ONLY product THE ONLY product like this on the market.I am a heavy researcher when it comes to products like this. Before taking the BEST vitamin from Best Nest Wellness, I wouldn’t even consider taking a mutli or prenatal vitamin because their very makeup defeats the actual purpose of taking them. Most vitamins, even the ones that sound great — organic, raw, etc. — don’t have this level of quality. There is just not any other product with this level of nutrient density ***that is also bioavailable.*** When you know better, you do better. And now I know better.Aside from NOT including all the things that most multi and prenatal vitamins do, they DO include the things that I really need, not just to prepare my body for the third child I am wanting to conceive in the future but to heal my gut and nourish my whole body in a way that is actually healthy. Many people don’t realize there’s a problem with folic acid because as women we’re told that’s the way to go.I have been avoiding EVERY OTHER vitamin because they don’t consider/have the things this vitamin does like:1. methyfolate — don’t want to get into the rabbit hole of info, but this is ABSOLUTELY KEY for the methylation process, which is vital for most major functions in the body, folks who have MTHFR issues, gut issues, skin problems, inflammation, chronic pain….this is needed and hard to find outside of consuming massive amounts of fresh, uncooked greens (to the order of 3 x day and that’s hard for me to fit in as I would like).2. methylcobamin — vitamin B12, another vital and tricky to get nutrient — deficiency is related to Chron’s, celiac/wheat sensitivity, gastritis, lupus and reflux that gets people popping TUMS all day.3. probiotics — if we don’t have the gut bacteria then we are not getting any nutrients. Other multi and especially prenatal vitamins completely overlook this and pack in a bunch of non-bioavailable nutrients and then exclude probiotics on top of it.So, after my research to find things wrong or missing in this product that would preclude me from taking this and finding it had everything I really wanted and was having trouble getting (in an bioavailable way), and after trying it for myself to see how it would really work in my day to day, I am super into this product. I was completely prepared to look into it and say, “yeah yeah, but I won’t be taking it.” Now I actually feel relief that I have a source that my body can assimilate because it helps me when my life is full and I’m not keeping up with the amount and type of foods that I need to when not taking a vitamin. Whew! A real relief….What can I say? I know why it’s getting 5 stars, and I’m a raving fan. This is a ridiculously good product. And I agree with the other reviewer that I didn’t expect the bottle to be so aesthetically pleasing!

Would recommend
This is the third prenatal Iâve tried and I love it. No side effects, low iodine (great for hyperthyroid issues), and I plan to continue using this brand.

Good Ingredients, Easy to take, no bad aftertaste
I needed a prenatal without iron and after a lot of research was so happy to find this one. Not only is it iron-free, but it has great ingredients in the quantities needed to support your growing baby.I was extremely nauseous my whole pregnancy but found I could still stomach this taken in the evening before bed. It does have a slight smell (not unpleasant) but does not leave an aftertaste.Would recommend.
