Easy to use and keeps seeds and droppings from flying out on to your clean floors.
Works great. Birds can see through it easily and it keeps everything inside the cage. I only wish it was just a few inches taller. But other then that it’s great. Only took a few seconds to put on don’t have to remove anything from the cage it just slipped on over the cage. Now when our parakeets get upset that we are heading out to the store or not giving enough attention to them they can’t easily throw their dinner out the cage lol, And the sloppy eater of the group doesn’t have to feel bad about Mommy vacuuming every night after feeding time. The best part is I don’t step on sharp seed shells in the middle of the night when getting a drink in the middle of the night.

I have to replace mine once a year
These work as described but you will have to replace them every so often because the elastic eventually loses its elasticity. I have a large cage so I purchased two. One for the upper mid level area of my birdcage where the food bowls are and one for the lower level under the cages built in seed catcher because seed droppings still come out from the bottom as well. These nets have greatly minimized the mess around the cage but I strongly suggest buying two for large cages.

Catches food and keeps little fingers out!
These are great! I have actually ended up buying 3 because I have small children and want to try to keep as much of the bird food off the floor as possible. I can slide one or all up or down the cage to add food, water, open the door to get my parrots out. They dont seem to mind it and actually will use the elastic bands at times when climbing on the cage. I havent had any issues with them getting their nails caught or biting holes in them. I started with just one of the nets but They seemed to always throw stuff over or under it. 3 seems to be perfect for my cage. There is still the occasional piece of food that makes its way out but its not nearly as bad as it was and it helps keep my toddler from sticking his fingers in the cage! My parrots are only a few months old and are still adapting to being held, pet, and touched so they do on occasion bite, though normally not hard. It offers me some piece of mind in keeping my little guys baby fingers safe.

Safety tip
This has worked really well for us. It covers the bottom third of our tall cage. It doesn’t eliminate feathers on the floor, but since we put the food in the lower part of the cage, it has substantially reduced the number of seeds that go overboard. The only caution I have is that we can’t use it to the full height. I originally pulled it up as high as it would go, which puts the fabric fairly close to the wires. One of the parakeets caught a claw in it twice. It wasn’t hard to free her, but it was scary to think about what might have happened if nobody had been home all day. Since then, we have slid the top down about two inches, so it puffs out away from the wires, and we haven’t had any stuck claws since (about four months). I think that will be the case for any similar skirt: they need to be kept loose.

Greatly Reduces the Mess Around Bird Cages
Birds are messy eaters. They manage to splatter their seeds and food everywhere, especially on the floor outside the cage. But the Pranovo Bird Cage Seed Catcher Skirt stops most of the mess from leaving the cage. The product is a sturdy well-made nylon mesh that attaches as a skirt along the bottom of the cage. Installation is no harder than putting a t-shirt on yourself. And cleaning the skirt is just a simple matter of soaking it in soapy water followed by clean water — it dries quickly.THE KEY IS to place the cage’s food trays BELOW the skirt’s top. Then the skirt does stop seeds and food from leaving the cage and falling onto the floor below.THE VERDICT IS: This skirt is an essential accessory for all bird cages … unless you don’t mind sweeping the floor daily around your bird’s cage.

Make sure you size up, and up again.
This works as it should BUT…. I would recommend sizing up.. a lot.I bought the largest size and it was pretty tight around my flight cage. Unfortunately I had to take it off because my parakeets kept getting their feet stuck and caught in the mesh. Blood everywhere. The birds are ok, thank god but I wish I had known how tightly the catcher would fit and that it was potentially dangerous.

Bird cage
My bird just told me he loves his house. #1 Easy to clean. #2 Lots of little doors and two 6X6ish bigger doors. Very sturdy solid rolling stand. I love it, big enough for two Canaries.

Saves me a ton of mess, less feathers and food. Would definitely recommend.
Had to return, stated it could be stretched up to 99inches however my cage is 62 inches and it could only stretch 50% of the way. –
Product stated could be stretched up to 99inches, my cage is 62 inches and couldn’t stretch even half way. Not a product as described for medium to large size cages
