It arrived packaged poorly. There’s a huge dent in the plastic door. It’s very reflective and with the dent, you can hardly view the bird inside. Not that I’ve got my bird inside yet. Probably won’t bother until i need to transport her. I really wanted to live this thing but the condition and quality isn’t great. It’ll work for transporting.
