PERFECT
PERFECT for two parakeets, we were moving from homes and the birds adjusted well to this carrier. At the new home I kept it open next to their cage and they would fly from their cage to this until they adjusted well to the house ( I let my birds free roam and I felt this was a safety net for them while they adjusted)

The sharpness of the feeder clip at the top.
I like the carrier….but….the clips for the food trays are very sharp on the edges at the top. Possible injury to bird in my opinion. Please look at this if and when you purchase. I will not be using those feeders! I will find something else. I know its a plastic material, but it is still a bit cloudy for the bird to look through. Overall, I think its a pretty good product. Eye appealing. Other parts of the carrier were made of good materials.

Inside tray is about 5 inches too small. That’s the first thing. But more importantly, the seed cups are held together by a clamp that has extremely sharp edges. I almost cut my hand with it and it surely will injure any bird that is near it.DANGEROUS PRODUCT!!!

Much better than a travel cage
This is a well-made travel carrier for small to medium size parrots â budgies, cockatiels, lovebirds.The ends unzip to reveal mesh doors. You can leave the end covers down to get plentiful airflow through the carrier. The airholes on the sides are large, but not so large that a budgie can fit through.One or both of the sides can be closed to block out the light. This means you can cover the back and ends of the carrier and give your bird(s) the freedom to look out, while having a “wall” behind them so they feel safe.The feeder dishes seem like they’re designed for large parrots, but I’m sure a hungry budgie could stick his head in to get at some food.In the past I’ve struggled to take the birds to the vet in a spare cage that’s heavy and barely fits in the back seat of the car; this is a much better option.I think the only thing that would make this carrier better would be if it had space for two perches rather than just the one.
