Don’t use for nesting
This is cute. The only complaint that I have is that both ends are open. I would have wanted one end closed. I’m scared if my parakeets lay eggs they may fall out.

Very thin materials
The HASSLICKIT Bird Hanging Hammock Tent said it was sized for a Conure but it’s incredibly small and he prefers to not be in it. The materials are thin and not durable, especially if you have a feathered friend who likes to pick and nibble on everything. It’s already assembled when it arrives and you just have to hang it where you’d like within the cage. This is not an item that you’d be cleaning but just replace. I don’t feel that the value is worth the money, either.

Warm weather bird hut
Good material for easy cleaning. There is a pocket in the floor for inserting the included plastic floor support, which can be removed to easily wash the hut. The removable floor cover is just a piece of fabric and slips around really easy.The stitching is good, but ALWAYS double check. Too many birds loose toes and lives due to getting trapped. If your bird is a chewer, fabric items doesnât belong in their cage regardless of the quality. My parrotlet is very gentle with his stuff, so this works well for him.

Breathable Bird Hanging Hammock Review
This hammock is super cute and it seems well made. It’s easy to hang and it’s actually a little bigger than I was expecting so the holes are more than big enough for my Sparrow to get in and out of. I also appreciate the removable replacement pad and the fact that it’s all washable since my bird poops wherever he happens to be standing. Very happy with this hammock so far.

Bigger and thinner than I hoped
This bird hammock is very thin on all three sides. The flat bottom is fortified with a hard but bendable card that can be removed during washing and replaced once clean and dry. It’s too spacious for a parakeet (budgie) though the picture makes it look like it’s just the right size for one. I’ve seen a lot of this style of bird hammock, and the majority have the two inner walls lined with fuzzy cloth to keep them warm. Adding the inner lining would be a good way to upgrade this specific bird hammock. It would be ideal if they weren’t being dishonest with the proportions in the pictures.
