My dog loves these treats. The ingredients are healthy for her and sheâs lost a bit of weight. Theyâre harder treats not very soft. and smell better then most dog treats as i canât stand most treats smell.

Smaller than I expected
Iâve been buying Blue Buffalo treats for my pit bull with food allergies but hadnât bought the Basics line before. Obviously he preferred the Salmon flavor to his regular Pumpkin ones but these are also about a quarter of the size of their standard dog treats so if you have a hungry pup these might not be the best. That being said they are a great size for a smaller dog or training treat for larger dog. He loves the flavor and I loved finding a reasonably priced dog treat with something besides veggies that he could eat (heâs allergic to pork, chicken, beef, wheat and corn). Wasnât thrilled with shipping envelope though, half the bag of treats were already broken because they were shipped in an envelope rather than a box. Overall will buy again.
