Great product, great price
We searched a long time for a baby monitor that had the features that were important to us, and this camera has them all. It is so good that we bought 3 of them! This camera has many features, and although we don’t use all of them; it is nice to know they are available in case we need to and is included for the price.We love the fact that this camera has an app that we can use directly on our phone, that is easy to navigate, and can be used simultaneously on different devices. The app is intuitive to use, and it makes it easy when you have multiple cameras to see all views at one time. The included camera display monitor also has the option to view two cameras simultaneously, which is very helpful if you have more than one baby in different rooms /cribs. The camera has the option of standard versus HD, and the clarity on both the handheld display or phone app is great, even in the dark. Depending on how you mount it, the zoom function can let you see fine details within a crib or general movement throughout a room. We have two cameras focused on the crib and bassinet and one camera just in the living room to track general movement, which is helpful, especially if you would like to see what other family members or the babysitter/ caregivers are doing. We especially were interested in finding a device that had a temperature and humidity sensor, as we do not have central air and our baby has eczema; so we needed to be able to make sure that the environment was suitable. I will say that the thermostat does consistently read 2 to 3° higher than the actual temperature of the room, and this might be due to the actual device being warm, but it is consistently higher. So we do have an idea of what the actual temperature in the room is. We enjoy the intercom feature which can be accessed via the phone app or the handheld display. The camera also has mood lighting and the ability to play music if a SD card is purchased separately and used. We personally do not use the camera for music or mood lighting, as we have a sound machine and it makes it harder to pick up on sounds in the room If music is being played through the camera. This camera has motion detection, humanoid detection, cry detection, and noise detection which you can adjust the sensitivities for.The one downside for this product is the battery life on the display. The display can last multiple hours after charge, so it’s not like you only get 30 minutes; but it’s not something that you’d be able to have unplugged for half a day. We have not had an issue with this as the display and camera are pretty much always plugged in with the included plug. Set up for this camera was super simple, making it convenient to take on the go or move around the house as needed. This camera is so nice we had to buy it thrice!

Fast and easy setup!!
This is the second brand of baby monitors we have purchased and they are already far superior. We love the fact that it is a dual pack, so one for each of our kid’s rooms, and that it comes with a monitor with dual screen function or the ability to use the app. The setup was extremely easy for both the monitor and app. The picture is extremely clear. The price is extremely affordable especially for 2 monitors. We haven’t had them for very long but so far we can’t find anything we dislike about them. Thank you Boifun for creating a great product.

Better than a ring camera + radio
Husband wanted to just use another ring camera as a baby monitor for our infant room plus an additional radio so we could hear when she cried but once we started using this camera we realized how many features we would be missing out on: The picture is high quality about as good as the ring camera with same zoom capability. Arenât booted off the network every 10 min like ring does. Can keep the monitor on continuously or let it fall into sleep mode (black screen but will still alert you for sound/movement). The only difference I noticed was that the ring camera could point the screen downwards a tiny bit more but not a huge deal. The motion detection is better on this than the ring camera though because it is more sensitive to minor changes (tiny limbs moving in the night) and you can specify an area within the picture to monitor for movement so itâs not constantly setting off false alarms if one of us are also in the room moving about in frame (can just set it to watch inside the crib for example). You can also adjust how sensitive you want the movement detection to be (low/med/high). Although we were both able to connect to the app through our phones, having the external monitor is so helpful as well since it frees up our phones at night if we need to use them for other things. The monitor feels solid and does a pretty good job of alerting us whenever there is movement or crying as it beeps (can be quite loud so we put it on the lowest setting which is plenty loud enough). The cry detection is great and works very well. The intercom is very clear and not muffled. Music and night light is helpful too. Really pleased with the quality and features of this camera. The only thing I had some trouble with was connecting both phones through the app but finally figured it out and now it is working well (have to connect one phone first then just send an invite to the other phone). I do also wish the volume for the room was a little louder on the monitor (is great on the app) as it can be hard to hear at times from a distance but the beeps help alert us very well so that makes up for it.

Fine monitor, but not waterproof
We purchased a BOIFUN baby monitor in July 2024 to help us keep an eye on our toddler. We really liked that the monitor came with two cameras; we set one up in his room and another in the basement playroom. The monitor screen could be a better quality–it was finicky and often wouldn’t pair quickly with the cameras. It also lost battery very quickly and always needed to be plugged in for it to work. But overall, it was a great product for the price.I’ve been writing in the past tense because–as I say in the review headline–we found out after 3 months that the monitor screen is not waterproof. Our 2-year-old son dropped the monitor into a bowl of water in our sink when my back was turned, and the screen immediately broke beyond repair. At least it got the job done while we had it.UPDATE: we have now had this product for six months, and it works very well with the app. My wife and I have both downloaded it, and we’ve discovered that only one person can view the camera(s) at once. But it works relatively smoothly, even when we bring the cameras while traveling and connect to new wifi networks.

The overall build quality feels good in hands. The monitor has a very nice screen and looks good. The cameras movement tracking function works great. There a lot of options in the phone application and it’s easy to use.Image quality is miles away from the old V-Tech ones we had for our first baby and the fact that you can use your phone to look at the feed and move the camera angle is in my opinion the best feature of this kit.The only negative point I have is the small plastic support to mount the cameras to the wall comes with very small screws and if you have wood directly under the plaster wall you won’t be able to use the screws as it is not long enough but the anchors will be too long. I used other screws I had and it still worked great but you need ones with some very small heads and diameter.

This camera is great! Excellent video and audio quality, also at night or in the dark (black/white/grey picture for night vision, full colour picture for daytime). The monitor device it comes with has a nice large screen and is very handy, as well as the phone app when not using the monitor to check in, move the camera and adjust some settings. There are lots of options for personalized camera and monitor settings, and the decorative alien sleeve for the camera is very cute! The sleeve is removable if one prefers not to use it. Another great feature is that the camera also tracks the temperature and humidity levels in our kiddoâs room, so we can keep them at optimal levels. The camera is quiet while moving around, and has great range/coverage. It can be placed on a flat surface like a table or thick ledge of a crib, or be fixed to a camera stand, but it was very easy for us to mount it to the wall. The camera needs to be plugged in to work (does not operate on batteries or a charge), so keep that in mindâ¦unless an extension cord is used, then it can be positioned further from an outlet if needed. A micro SD card can be inserted into the camera for recording and video/audio storage purposes, and it uses wifi connectivity. The nightlight feature is also customizable with a wide range of colour options, I just wish the nightlight stayed on indefinitely until we decide to turn it off rather than turning off on its own after a short timeâ¦that is my only gripe with this device. Other than that, I highly recommend this baby camera and monitor.

Within 5 months of using the monitor. It can’t be turned on. When I tried to contact boifun they said that i need to tell amazon. And Amazon won’t take responsibility they want me to contact boifun. This whole seesaw is a nightmare! And it’s not even cheap…

Después de estar utilizando el producto un par de meses, va lo malo:-No pude activar la garantÃa de 3 años en México-Me dio miedo 2 dÃas porque “detectaba movimiento” cuando no habÃa nada moviéndose-Otras veces, no siempre detecta el movimiento de mi bebéla sensibilidad de los sensores se modifica si por alguna razón tienes que desconectar el dispositivo, es como si las funciones se reiniciaran y luego se me olvida reconfigurar-El sensor de llanto tampoco funciona siempre-La visión nocturna se activa y desactiva con poca luz y llega a ser un poco ruidoso cuando se está adaptando ya sea en el amanecer o atardecer.-La baterÃa del monitor dura muy poco! Al dÃa lo tengo que cargar 2 veces si lo he usado mucho-el modo de descanso a veces tarda en reaccionar con los sensores-Creo que por el precio, no esperaba tener tantos detalles.Lo bueno:-La calidad de la visión nocturna es bastante buena-La calidad del video en el monitor también es buenisima-Me encanta que la app y el monitor funcionan muy bien en conjunto y he resuelto muchos detalles desde la app-El diseño es lindo y si puede funcionar como lámpara de noche-No sé cómo pero aún sin señal de Wifi siguió funcionando (desconozco si sea una función)-El diseño es hermosoPara lo que lo necesitaba cumple, peeero por el precio, sà esperaba un poco de menos detalles con los sensores
