Silicone breakaway is the best!
This collar is a huge relief for my cat with sensitive skin.He had trauma when he was younger that left his skin on his neck particularly thin. We tried leather collars, and the regular breakaway collars, soft rope material like collars but they kept rubbing and breaking his skin. This silicone collar is purrrfect! Durable, brightly colored, breakaway, easy to clean, and easy to add a tag to it.

Great fit and quality material
Fits just right, seems very comfortable. My cat doesn’t scratch at it, it doesn’t pull on his fur, moves around freely. He loves rough housing climbing, being under sofas/beds, the collar stays on and well. 2 times he ran under the computer chair, the collar snapped right off (as described) and he went along with his rambunctious ways. Very safe! Not difficult to remove or place. No buckle to fumble with and no metallic noise.

The search is finally OVER ð¸
This is somewhat in response to the 1 star review for the collar that wouldnât breakaway. I was nervous after seeing it (but I already had the collars) so I tested them.Safety is my #1 requirement â why else do cats even wear collars other than to keep them safe and help them be returned to you should they escape? From my experience, it seems that the breakaway feature works very well, just as good as any other collar, even when it is buttoned to a small size (see my video). Because the other video review here did show a possibly faulty collar that didnât breakaway as easily as mine, Iâd just recommend testing it before letting your cats wear it unsupervised to make sure it is safe.I really like these collars because they are extremely smooth, so there is much less agitation for the cat. Another HUGE plus â the collar is so thin. It seemed like every collar I bought for my kitten was so thick and just terrible to wear. This was awesome for that. I love the look and how simple/modern the design is.My only complaint is that the color options are pretty limited. I really wish theyâd release more because I would buy a lot of these. The quality for the price really canât be beat.**I know the collar is too loose on my white/gray cat in her photo. We were in our âadjusting to wearing a collarâ phase and she is super sensitive to being touched by things. Wearing it loose was more comfortable and less stressful for her. She was supervised and now wears it correctly ð

The best cat collar
Have been using these for several months now (more than 5). My cats cannot stand regular collars. All 3 will have them off within the hour and torn to shreds. These collars are very light, dont snag, and best of all my cats dont even notice them. Not one collar has been removed in the last 5 months. They are super easy to put on and take off. They hold the rfid chip for the surefeed feeders very nicely.

my last attempt to get my escape-artist of a cat to wear her collar
my cat is a little over a year old and 11 lbs. i have tried so. many. things. on this cat! cloth collars, plastic collars, harnesses, nothing has ever stayed on her for more than a few minutes and in my area there are cats getting attacked by coyotes left and right. she didnât like the weight or texture of standard collars and once got her jaw stuck in the collar when she was trying to pull it off (needless to say we took a break after that) so when i found this one, light, textureless, and most importantly breakway; i ordered it. thought the price was a little steep, but in the time sheâs worn this collar we wouldve had to buy multiple standard ones, so it pays for itself in the end. I put it on her and⦠no reaction. Didnât notice it was there. a week later and she still didnât notice it, so i added her ID tags. she notced the tags and tried to play with them, but didnât immediatly rip the collar off. She did somehow twist it around and break the little loop where you connect the collar shut, but a dab of super glue and i canât get it to break again. She still wears it all the time, and I bought this october 15th. if you have a pain-in-the-ass cat, get the collar! it might save their life one day. 4.5/5 âï¸

That they fit
Absolutely love these!!!! I have three chihuahuas and bought them each one!!!! I would have paid $20 each for these in person! Easily adjustable you donât have to worry about if my 4lb chihuahua or my 8lb chihuahua can wear this bc itâs adjustable!! Sleek and perfect!!

Great idea, needs to be more strongly fastened.
These were hands down the most comfortable cat collars my cats have worn, but literally hour 2 of wearing them they broke out. Button snapped closed firmly.

Dangerous
I thought this collar was going to truly be effective. Iâm use to a breakaway collar being more of a buckle that snaps off. This mentioned breakaway and opens with pressure I thought interesting. Today it truly proved to not be breakaway. It got caught in my catâs mouth n it became a battle to free her. The pressure of the collar clamped down on her tongue and made her unable to breathe introducing share panic. I was able to unsnap her thankfully with wrestling her claws. As a result she cause injury to eye from trying to claw off the collar. If I were you I would look the other way and try a different option.

Finally, a collar that our cat doesnât mind wearing. Weâve been through a few collars and somehow our cat manages to remove them but not this one. Sheâs had it on since day one and sheâs happily playing and running around with it on. Very happy with it ð

Iâve had many cats and tried many collars. My cats go outside so itâs important that they have a breakaway collar. From the second I put this collar on my cat I could tell it was different. Firstly, the cat didnât even notice I had put a collar on her. She didnât scratch at it or try to get it off like she usually does. Secondly, the clasp system is different. I tested and it will release when pulled but it wonât wear down like other clasps that open easier over time (requiring you to buy another collar and tag).In addition to being super lightweight, the collar still looks like new, even weeks after wear! Other collars would get grungy and dirty fast, especially in the Vancouver rain.I also appreciate that thereâs no bell! What animal wants to be constantly dinging? I usually use pliers to get them off a new collar. This collar is nice and quiet and it was easy to add Pebbles name tag onto the built in ring on her collar.I believe this is the best collar out there! Itâs affordable, sturdy and most important of all, my cat doesnât even notice sheâs wearing a collar. I no longer feel bad about keeping her collar on when sheâs in the house! The collar reminds me of those rubber bracelets you sometimes get at an event. And I love supporting a Canadian company!!!

What I Like – These donât seem to snag on fur at all, and are very loose and slide well on the cat. It seems more comfortable. They are thinner and low key, and donât seem to take up much space on the neck. They are simple to use, all you do is stick the end with the peg button into the loop, and push it into whichever hole will keep it on your animalâs neck. Very vivid coloring. Easy to wash. Price was fair for a different style of collar I havenât seen or used yet. What I Donât Like – Iâm unsure how well these are actually going to breakaway. Due to being a new type of collar I havenât used, Iâd have to really see the proof. They do seem like theyâd breakaway better than the hard clipping types. There is no ring or place to hang tags or bells. Youâd have to add something yourself or perhaps the circle end (in which you stick the peg button in) could handle a loop with tags on it. Due to it being skinny, make sure you buy a skinny AirTag holder if you plan to use an AirTag.

Es el primer collar que mis gatitos ni siquiera notan. Es súper cómodo y práctico de poner. ðð¤
