Fairly thin, average shirt for Sphynx cats
I got this shirt in a simple black color. My Sphynx is grey, just like the example photos. It looks good on him, and the sizing was spot on. It’s a fairly thin shirt, so it keeps him warm without getting him too hot during the warmer months. The material is soft, and it has held up well after dozens of wash cycles. Beware, it’s the type of material that may attract an excess of lint in the dryer or dust in your home. I’ve had to use a lint roller to get off some of the really stuck pieces that got into the fabric. Overall, it’s a cute, basic shirt for cats.

This shirt didn’t really work for my cat . It didn’t stay on all the way . The quality isn’t the best . It just didn’t work for us.

Exactly what I needed
My cat has a permanent bald spot that needs protecting, and I’ve been slowly working through a number of sweater styles over the years. There have been some good ones, some cute ones, and many that didn’t suit her at all. This is one of the best; giving full coverage all the way down her long back (a rarity) while still being thin and flexible. She sometimes gets a stiff-legged march at first when a jacket has sleeves, but this one didn’t phase her at all. Getting her paws through the sleeves took a bit longer than the sleeveless variety, even with her mostly cooperating. If your cat would struggle against putting a sweater on, this one probably isn’t for you. Unless you plan to use it as a post-surgical protection, in which case it’s ideal.I will probably be buying more, in different colors if I can. Thank you!

Uses body heat for warmth
My daughterâs Sphynx cat is incredibly long and just big. This sweater is the first one that Iâve found that is long enough to reach her tail. It does stretch so I probably shouldnât have sized up. The sizing chart works perfectly if you use it.The material feels like a stretchy swimsuit. It is relatively thin, which is great for cats reluctant to wear clothing but that are constantly cold without it. The material keeps the catâs body heat within. The catâs skin feels warmer after wearing it so it must work. She likes it better than any of her other sweaters.
