Cannot figure out how it works
No instructions. Canât figure out how it works. As someone else just mentioned, the battery doesnât seem to fit. I am unsure how the first 5 reviewers were able to such glowing reviews but my purchase was partially based on those. Very disappointing.

Tracker just sits in the same spot on the app
The app that you have to use with it is kind of annoying to operate and the tracker doesn’t seem to move at all. It is connected, and it does show it on the map, but it just sits in the same spot. It also has the option to make it make a sound in the app, but nothing happens. I’m going to keep messing it with it, but it seems like unless the collar is a mile a way, it isn’t going to update. I’ll update the review if I can get it to work.

I do appreciate that the Find Tag App for my Andriod doesn’t data share with third parties, my data is encrypted in transit, and that I can request my data to be deleted, but the app does not function well on my 2022 phone.There are no instructions on how to navigate the app when having issues. The box includes instructions on how to setup the app, but if it stops working or if you’re having issues you’re pretty much on your own.I loved that the pet tag was very tiny, but having time locations excessively delayed pretty much makes this item a questionable tracking and location device. This isn’t just to watch what my pet is up to by its’ location, typically it’s is when a pet goes missing and you want to find it now.The sellers posting shows that in urban settings this tracker can locate a pet up to 10 meters or about 32 feet. Over time if a pet wanders off too far this trackers becomes mute. It must be difficult to make a small battery operated tracking device that doesn’t need regular charging like phones or watches. If it was easy more business would be doing it, so points for effort.

This product is terrible it doesn’t work in the QR Code act my phone don’t ever buy this I’m sending it back and getting ready to Sue the company for fixing my phone

Instructions are really tiny to see and battery compartment has none.
When opening battery compartment the insides fell out and there is no instructions on how the battery is to be installed. Waiting for instructions so I can go on to the next step.

It’s like a trendy accessory for him. And surprisingly light. I feared a burden for my furry friend, but not at all.
