Great Product!
This pet fountain is exactly what I was looking for! It is made very well (of very high quality) and my pet absolutely loves it. It is also very quiet. The design is great, and you can easily clean it. The filter is also very easy to change. Would highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a high quality, reliable, pet fountain.

Aerated fresh water
My cat took to it immediately which surprised me, usually she has to investigate for quite a while before she’ll get close to new things. I’m very happy with the fact that she has fresh aerated water all the time. I use spring water. It is important to keep it refilled so it doesn’t go so low that the motor isn’t covered with water. I just pour fresh water onto the top and it goes right down into the container. I like the fact that you can easily see the level of water through the little window pain so you don’t have to lift the top to check it . The fact that it’s stainless steel is reassuring because you can clean it efficiently and be sure that it’s not contaminating the water like Plastics might do. From previous experience with fountains I do know that it’s very important to clean it regularly, they suggest two weeks but I’m doing it every 10 days. It’s very quiet. I was worried that the plug might be an issue since it needs electricity to operate, but in fact it’s not an issue at all, my cat hasn’t chewed on it and it doesn’t get wet so there’s really no danger of the fact that it’s electrical. I do keep a bowl of water on the side just in case the power goes out while I’m not home she has access to water. When the power comes back on it will start working again but you never know how long it might be out so that is a precaution I take. I’m very frugal and in my mind this is worth every penny. Aerated water is much fresher and appealing to cats and she does drink more than she used to. Evidence to this is the fact that her little turds are larger and I attribute this to a healthy water intake. Drinking more is better for her, especially considering cats have kidney issues, so fresh clean aerated water is something I can give her and feel good about. I highly recommend this product

All stainless steel, super easy to clean… keeps water fresh and cats love it! Bought with extra supply of filters and well worth it. This is replacing a plastic model that had slime and yuck. No more slime and yuck! This has a great design, works just like advertised, and was a great price.

I had a 20 year old drinkwell water fountain that kept leaking water. I shopped for on and found this wonderful stainless steel fountain that is so easy to keep clean and full with the convenient blue window that shows the level of the water. Almost completely silent and easy to clean. It comes with replacement filters.

Fraidy Cat Is Afraid
My stepcat has been suffering from constipation, so I bought this fountain to encourage him to drink more water. He always wanted to drink from the toilet or from the tub spout, which is unacceptable to me. (His bachelor dad let him do those things before we became a blended family.) I thought our boy would like the fountain because its spout is similar to our tub spout. BINGO!!! As soon as I got the fountain in place, the boy started drinking from it immediately. He drank and drank. Poop problem solved! HOWEVER⦠when our little princess kitty passed by the fountain, on the way to eat, she did a double take. (She wasnât nearby when I installed the fountain, so she didnât know it was there.) She timidly walked up to the fountain, focusing on the bright blue light that shines through the water level indicator window; she put her nose on the light, her pupils grew huge, and then she ran to hide under the bed. I turned the window to the back of the bowl, thinking that would solve the problem. The next time she went for food she approached the fountain like she might like to get to know it, but then she saw the blue light shining through the slot where the water returns from the drinking pan to the bowl. Back under the bed she went. Now when she wants to eat she carefully makes sure to walk as far away from the fountain as possible. (And of course, our little princess has to have her own ânon-threateningâ bowl of water.). It has been a month and sheâs showing no signs of making peace with that blue light.I know our precious girl canât be the only pet who is afraid of that âmonstrousâ blue light. I get that the designer probably thought that the light would help pet parents see the water level easier, but I think we would be able to manage without it. You would think the designer would have anticipated that some pets wouldnât like the light, and that the person would have provided a way to turn off the light. They could have even offered a model that didnât have a light. Thatâs why Iâm taking a star from my rating. When you develop a product that scares the population youâre trying to serve you donât deserve a 5 star rating. I would have returned the fountain if our boy wasnât enjoying, and benefiting from, it.I personally love the fountain. I love, love, love that the pump comes out of the fountain, instead of being permanently attached to it, so I can give the bowl a thorough cleaning. The fountain is so easy to take apart, clean, and reassemble. It is also very quiet. Upon inspection during cleaning, I found that the filters did a good job of filtering hair and food debris.Since Iâve only had the fountain a little over a month I canât speak to its durability. It appears to be well made, but I will update if anything changes.Pros: Our boy now drinks enough that he no longer gets constipated, and he no longer attempts to drink out of the toilet or the tub spout. The fountain works well, and it is easy to manage.Cons: The monstrous blue light continues to threaten our little princess kitty. (I would wish the light to stop working, but that would probably mean the pump would stop working, too)

Perfect for cats that like fountains
Works great, it keeps the water quality fresh and holds a lot without spilling. The motor is not noisy and was simple to put together. My cat is still getting used to it but he seems to be adapting to it. He loves the faucet so this was a easy replacement that gives a similar feel to that.

Good water dispenser for cats
Got this water fountain after one of my cats had to be seen for severe dehydration. Since getting is she has been doing amazing.I like the fact that this one is stainless steel as a whole. The kitchen sink style faucet is preferred by my cats and also much easier to wash than the flower types. It’s also much easier to take apart than other fountains I’ve had.The light to help see the water level is nice though it’s kind of hard to see clearly from a distance. I get a better indicator of low water by how the water sounds cycling through.Only negative I have, which I feel is just a personal problem, is that I can be hard to clean in certain parts. Like the part that covers the pump and inside the filter holder where stuff can stick in the grooves.I do recommend that you watch their cleaning video as well as cleaning it once a week as directed

***Update – have had the fountain approx 3 months now. It’s on 24-7 and everything still works well. I had a lovely email from the company, as I had contacted them re the free filters they were advertising on the side of the fountain. True to their word, I received both some filters and some of the spongey holders (I think I was sent 3 of each – which is brilliant of the company to offer that, considering I got the fountain so cheap. So, I’m STILL very pleased with this fountain….as are the 3 mini tyrants that use it. **** ðââ¬ðââ¬ðI’ve owned a cat fountain for three years, from a well known company, who sells plastic fountains that looks like a cat’s face. Twice, the pump connections have failed, the latest one lasting less than a year. Unfortunately, on contacting the company, they do not supply pumps on their own. So I wanted something different. And I definitely found it with this fountain.Comparisons*The quality of this fountain far surpasses the well known brand. Especially the quality of the pump and fixtures. It makes the pump of the other brand look like it’s from the 80s, this one looks so modern!*All the fixtures are also a lot more sturdy and of a higher quality. Plus the container is stainless steel, not plastic like my previous ones (which eventually built up hard water stains on the plastic top, which I couldn’t remove.)*It’s a lot easier to take apart and clean, really easy. Changing filters is also easy.*It’s much quieter than the previous one, you can barely hear it.*It has a much longer power lead.*I know I have the option to buy another pump in the future, if this one gives up after the two year guarantee. The other company, you have to buy a whole new fountain.*The price! This fountain was exactly half what I paid previously. Even though the quality of this one is so much higher.So, I am very pleased with this one. My cats used it immediately. And it has proved that just because you buy from a well known brand, it doesn’t mean their product is superior to a an unknown brand. So I would highly recommend buying this one.

I have 2 cats that had urinary crystals and were not drinking enough water. Since I got them this fountain they have been drinking more water and no more crytals. I have noticed my cats drinking more frequently which is a big plus for their health. Also it is easy to keep clean and don’t need to change the filter very often. It is also totally quiet. I would deffinitly recommend this fountain to keep your furr babies happy, healthy and hydrated!
