Highly recommend for any and all kitties
Love this thing. Worked exactly as advertised and my cat uses it daily. It’s really convenient when I need to go away for the day. It’s at a perfect height for him, the water quality is good as long as I keep up with the filter, and it’s so easy to clean. There’s no plastic in it which I’m happy about as well.

Excellent fountain and my cats use it
I really like this fountain a lot. So much so that I bought a second one for a friend. It really is silent and my cats actually drink from it. It does start making a little noise when the water level is low, but I appreciate that as a good reminder to refill it. I fill it with already filtered water and use the included filters, but the water does get the slightest bit cloudy when it’s time to refill. I take it apart and clean it every time I refill because it is so easy to do. The water level gets low enough to start making noise after about 6 to 7 days with my cats. This hasn’t changed even though I’m down to one cat now, sadly. My fountain came with a note to email and they would send free filters and I’m very pleased to report that the company followed through. I’ve had the fountain for over six months and I’m very happy with my purchase!

Great product & great customer service
I have own this cat water fountain for 1 year or so now, and it has made cat maintenance much easier. I have 1 cat so a full tank can last me maximum two weeks or so, but I usually clean the fountain and change filter every week. My cat enjoy stainless steel without additional lighting, so this product works well. Recently the pump malfunctioned and no longer push water to dispense, so I contacted the customer service through email. They replied timely, helped me trouble shoot with video instructions, and since it cannot fix the pump they sent me a replacement. 10/10 customer service. I am a fan for your team now.

Me ha gustado mucho, he tenido otras antes y esta ha sido la mejor con diferencia. El sistema de filtrado funciona bien y tiene más sentido que las que he tenido antes (con filtros mucho más grandes). La bomba de agua lleva funcionando tres meses sin problemas (incluso a pesar de haber estado funcionando un día entero casi sin agua por mi culpa). Es fácil de limpiar y muy poco ruidosa, y sin duda recomiendo a todo el mundo que compren fuentes de agua de inoxidable, el plástico es sucio, se degrada y puede ser peligroso. Genial, muy contento.

Trotz eines bereitgestellten Trinkbrunnens hängt unser Kater am Wasserhahn.Er lauert direkt darauf, dass wir den Hahn am Spülbecken benutzen, um sich dann blitzschnell einen Platz zum Trinken zu sichern.Ergo könnte es daran liegen, dass ihm die Art des Wasseraustritts bei seinem alten Trinkbrunnen einfach nicht zusagt, weshalb mich der vorliegende Brunnen mit angedeutetem “Wasserhahn” sehr angesprochen hat.Im Gegensatz zu baugleichen Modellen ist seine Kapazität mit 2 Liter Fassungsvermögen geringer, was ich allerdings sehr schätze, da er wenig Platz braucht und die regelmäßige Reinigung nicht mit dem Rumhantieren großer Teile verbunden ist.Gestern wurde er also geliefert, sogleich gereinigt, zusammengesetzt und vom Kater ins Herz geschlossen –> *hurra :)Meine persönliche Pro / Contra-Liste sieht nun folgendermaßen aus:+ Super einfache Reinigung + Wasserwechsel (Die Pumpe wird unten am “Deckel” eingeschraubt und es gibt keinen Schlauch… das erleichtert die Reinigung ungemein)+ Tolle Größe, wenn man am Standort nicht so viel Platz hat+ Edelstahl statt Plastik –> Nachhaltiges und langlebiges Material, keine gesundheitlichen Bedenken (Weichmacher oder andere fragwürdige Stoffe, die aus dem Plastik durch den permanenten Kontakt mit Flüssigkeit ins Trinkwasser übergehen könnten)+ Wasseraustritt in Form eines Wasserhahns+ Sehr leise… der Strahl ist so weich, dass kein Plätschergeräusch auftritt und die Pumpe arbeitet ebenfalls sehr geräuscharm.+ Kabelaustritt hinten sauber gelöst, kein Gefummel bzw. Gefahr, dass das Kabel verrutscht+ Eingebauter Filter+ Insgesamt eine kompakte und schnörkellose FormWas jetzt noch fehlt, um diesen Brunnen “perfekt” zu machen:- Eingebauter Bewegungssensor für einen automatischen Start, sobald die Katze sich nähert und automatisches Abschalten, wenn sie den Trinkplatz wieder verlässt. (Wir haben dieses Problem über einen Steckdosenadapter mit Bewegungsmelder gelöst, der aber wiederum zusätzlich Platz braucht und optisch nicht der Bringer ist… was wir aber in Kauf nehmen, da Dauerbetrieb keine Option darstellt.- Ein Schalter um das Gerät zu stoppen,… es gibt keinen – man muß hierfür den Stecker ziehen.Für diese beiden Punkte wäre ich final sogar bereit gewesen etwas mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen, da der Brunnen in diesem Fall seine Perfektion gefunden hätte.Kaufen würde ich ihn trotzdem jederzeit wieder, da die Behelfslösung mit dem Adapter wunderbar funktioniert.
