Warm, waterproof
Everyone at the barn comments on how cute my granddaughterâs pony looks in this blanket. True to size.

Disappointed
My horse has worn this blanket approximately 10 days snd it has faded as if itâs years old!! Very disappointed for the bright colors was why I bought it for my girl!! Canât return now because I didnt put it on her until the weather deemed necessary so my time for return expired or I would definitely return.

Oversize!
I have this blanket in a pony size that fits the pony well. I measured the horse exactly the same way but the blanket I bought for the horse is huge! The brass snaps at the chest are corroded and failing the second day of using the blanket. The (unfortunately non-removable) bellyband on this blanket is poorly positioned and gets soaked in urine when my gelding wears it. Likewise, the straps that secure the bellyband are too far back. The hardware on the rear leg elastic has very sharp corners which cannot be comfortable next to the horse’s skin. This is a pretty blanket but has many construction deficits and is also too heavy for all but the most severe winter weather in my mild CA climate.
