Canât speak for product, but customer service was great
I ordered a size small for my dog, but received a large. I started a return and they refunded me quickly and made it right. For that reason, I give 5 stars even though I didnât get to use the product. The collar did seem to be well made and the FRIENDS design was super cute!

Doesn’t fit my chihuahua
I bought this for my chihuahua & the small is too big. The way it was made, there’s really no adjustments that can be made so it can sort of fit him. I ended having to buy him a cat collar because he kept pulling it off when we were on walks. Super cute, but I wish there was a way to adjust it to fit him .
