Customers say
Customers find the calming collar reduces their cats’ anxiety and is easy to put on, with no perfumey odor and being perfect for fragrance-sensitive cats. The collar’s functionality receives mixed feedback – while some say it works amazingly, others report it only works for a few days. Moreover, customers disagree on the collar’s safety, with some reporting their cats are less aggressive while others experienced allergic reactions. Additionally, the value for money is debated, with some considering it worth the price while others say it’s not worth the money. The collar’s breakaway feature and tendency to fall off are also mixed aspects, with some finding it sturdy while others say it breaks off too easily.

I swear by these for the girls
A 1/2 pound five week old kitten found outside a Waffle House in 2019 is now Cocoa Bean. For several years searched for ideas to help her anxiety. Iâve learned small abandoned kittens grow up at times with emotional struggles. Last fall bought these collars. The true test was me traveling for a few weeks to California. Upon return Cocoa Bean was mad at me, but didnât pee outside her box or ruin any flooring.Even though she has digital practice with talking to me via Echo and she and her other cat sleep without me at times intentionally for practice she was mad. But, used the cat boxes. These work for the other cats. Though Minnie Pearl doesnât need them. I have tried them on all three. Typically, if Minnie seems to meow extra and doesnât want me to go I typically snuggle her in a Thunder Vest. This also helps CB and FF.Floofeâ Flower seems super mellow when using the collar. Iâve tried it to help her mature calm as when she was small would scream at the door when Iâd leave. She was also an underweight abandoned kitten starving when found. It took six months, but she eventually gained all her weight and is now bigger than the other two.She does go places with the dog so occasionally complains when I leave with him thinking itâs also her turn. Usually the Thunder vest works. This month I tried a pheromone collar to see how itâs work. Miss mellow jello :)I find this collar has helped the youngest kitty acclimate and calm from anxiety when Iâd leave her in the catio despite having the cats and her German Shepherd with her. Using as a training collar this month to help her find peace a little quicker consistently. Working like a charm.I tried not changing the collar out after a few weeks and Cocoa Bean started showing signs of stress. New collar and chill queen. Every thirty days works like a charm.I bought a bunch extra on a daily deal and have these on my sub and save. Worth the expense to help CB feel calm.Happy cats happy dog happy meâï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ð¯

working
The Comfort Zone Cat Calming Diffuser is designed to reduce stress-related behaviors in cats, such as scratching and marking, by releasing a calming pheromone. It’s easy to useâjust plug it in, and it starts working. Many users report a noticeable improvement in their catsâ behavior within weeks. However, effectiveness can vary between cats, and the refills can be pricey. Overall, itâs a good option for households with anxious or multi-cat environments.

product is as described and works ?
Although it’s little challenging to measure or quantify, we think these have some calming effect on our 2 cats. However, I’m about ready to start testing competitors’ products because Comfort Zone collars come off frequently enough to be annoying– and also they’ve been raising their price. In late 2022 a 4pack was 40$ but then in 2023 it was 35. Then 38, now 40 again.

Some cats are unaffected from these types of products
Truthfully there was nothing wrong with the collars I received they just did not work on my cat. I asked my vet about these collars and she said some cats just don’t react to the pheromones products. The other thing she said to look out for is the inactive ingredients and make sure there aren’t any citrus essential oils (there aren’t any in this collar!). That being said, they didn’t make my cat behave any differently, but it just depends on your cat!

Don’t do it! It’s not worth the risk!
I bought these because one of my cats was bullying another, and I thought it would be helpful to have them as support while I worked to redirect their behavior. It seemed to be helping for a while, but then the bully started vomiting. He was also scratching his neck constantly, more than could be accounted for by not being used to wearing a collar. I removed the collar and hoped the vomiting would resolve, but by that time his stomach lining was irritated and he couldn’t stop. I ended up spending almost exactly 11 times the cost of the collar on a vet visit to help him stop vomiting. In addition to the more immediate problem, the hair on his neck is worn away as if he’d worn a collar for years, when he wore this one, correctly fitted, for less than two weeks. My vet agreed that the timing and unusual hair loss pointed to the collar being the cause.I didn’t have to take my other cat to the vet, but when I removed the collars he was also starting to vomit. Even a third cat who is close to the bully had little unusual vomiting, which stopped when the collars were removed. This has been a terrible and expensive experience, and I would strongly recommend you not use this product.

Amazing results
I have been using a different brand for two years but they increased in price substantially so I decided to try this brand. I think the results are even better AND they have no scent. The other brand had an essential oil fragrance. The cat I use thee for yowls all night and sprays as well. I have noticed a significant difference in the occurrence over what was reduced with the other brand. Additionally he actually comes to snuggle and has been falling asleep on my chest. He is so happy and calm. Thank you so much for this product and relieving his anxiety.

Cat got stuck in collar
My idiot orange boy somehow got his lower jaw through the collar, and it got stuck around his mouth like a horse. He freaked out, couldnât get the collar off him and nearly lost my hand in the process. Not easily break-away.My calico girl had zero issues. Calmed her down quite a bit. But not going to use this on either cat because I worry what would have happened had we not been there to help Mr. One Brain Cell. 🙁

These Collars Work!
Donât waste your time with the cheaper off-brand ones. Not sure if it was one or both spraying in the house, but I am on our second box and the spraying has completely stopped!!! Not only that but the black kitty is completely spunky and back to her old antics. She was very stressed due to the introduction of a puppy to our home, a year ago. The off-brand one did reduce the spraying bit but the black cat was still stressed until I tried these. Took a couple weeks to start working and wasnât until the second month that I caught on to the change in behavior. Both cats are wearing their collars in the pictures.

I bought these after moving my cat from the desert of California to England and suddenly having a dog as a roommate. My cat was having trouble adjusting and had begun scent marking. I bought these and have seen a world of difference! In only 2 weeks of wear he has stopped marking and is way more confident exploring the new house and walking into rooms even with the dog present. They are made to break easily so as to not choke cats but I haven’t had any trouble with that. It may be that I have a less active cat (although young, he is more of a hunter/stalker than the run around/zoomies type) so it has not come off yet. It has come loose once or twice but not enough for it to slip over his head and get lost before I can readjust it.
