this was Mr. Pepperâs first harness. Of course he hated putting it on BUT once it was on and he was outside, he did not mind at all!!! I recommend loosening it A LOT when taking it off to make it easier for your bird. I love that itâs elastic and adjustable. Fits all of my birds and they range from 75g – 104g in sizes !

Pretty good harness
The harness is well made, but I feel it’s a little too big for our cockatiel. The straps that go over her “shoulder area” are a little too long. Thus makes the body strap fall low and hit right above her legs. She continues to try putting her feet on that part because of this.I also feel that when I snug up the lower body strap the extension of it gets stuck under her right wing and causes bulkiness that is uncomfortable for her.

This Harness is Way too big for parakeets.
The insinuation that this harness could be used for parakeets is a dubious proposition. I just put this on my parrotlet(about the same size as a parakeet). My bird can easily squeeze through this harness. This harness is more for conyers.Itâd be splendid if Amazon would require these people who make pet products to actually Have seen an an animal in their lifetime.

Hard to get on
This is extremely difficult to get on the bird. Product works as advertised, even on my young conure. But it certainly is not easy to get on. You do have to keep tightening the straps so you have to keep a constant eye on it. If this were more secure, I would rate higher.

Perfect for my bird, and fits perfectly
My cockatiel does not like it and it isn’t comfortable like every other harness but it takes time to get used to. The other comment state that it doesn’t fit well, but trust me it does there is a tightening strap! Its also really cute and blends in with my cockatiel. You can also glue an air tag like I did if you are afraid of your bird flying away.
