Good for a dog in the woods
Most poeple get these for fashion but our dog is out in the wild a lot and we have big cats and other predators nearby. I wanted something that could deter a predator from getting a grip around my dogâs neck without having spikes so big that I couldnât grab the collar myself if needed. The smaller spikes are perfect. Theyâre not too sharp, but still provide a small level of protection.The rivets seem solid and unlikely to fall out, and the leather feels durable. That said, I suspect the material may wear down faster if your dog is constantly in the woods and getting it wet with water.The size Large collar just barely fits our 65-pound, slender-necked dog on the last notch, even though I used the sizing chart. Itâs ideal for mid-sized breeds like Australian Shepherds, Beagles, or Hounds, but it doesn’t fit our bulkier Husky-Lab mix who has a thick neck.Overall, the investment for this type of collar is reasonable, and itâs a great choice if you need some added protection for your pup out in the wild!

My dog’s neck measures 10.5 inches so I ordered this collar in a size small, but she probably could have worn the extra small. The collar fits her & buckles comfortably on the fourth hole, but the extra length sticks out. The faux leather is smooth, soft, & thick. The spikes measure approximately 1cm & have rounded tips. A small piece of excess metal chipped off one of the spikes. Other than that, this collar is nice. It’s a decent price at under $9 & it’s very cute.

Hey Everyone, Dori here. This dog collar is a really good heavy duty collar. I love the studs on it. Matches our dog and his personality really well. He looks so good with it on. Worth it, recommended.

Very cute
First of all, this collar is insanely adorable. It’s very pale pink, and pretty true to the color in that image on the ad. The leather is extremely soft, which is both good and bad. It’s great because I feel comfortable that my dog doesn’t have something harsh against her neck, but it’s also not so great because she slipped it off when I wasn’t looking and chewed the first part of the buckle holes. We are still using it, we are just making sure that it’s a little more snug and it’s a tiny bit shorter due to the fact that she chew part of it off. The spikes are a little more pointy than I assume they would be, but my dog does not seem to mind.
