My short hair German Shepard has thick coat and being a service dog she’s in the house alot.Her. shedding everywhere but brushing her outside with this great brush makes a great difference at the hair inside.I’d recommend this brush to and dog owner long hair or short hair it works wonders .

I love, love, love this brush.Yes, it’s a dog hair brush so really, how different can it be from other brushes, right?Wrong. Sure when you’re using it, it looks and acts like a lot of other brushes. Very nice bristles with ends dipped in plastic to prevent scratching. The handle is very comfortable and the angle of the brush head is very ergonomic (important when you have to brush your dog for what seems like hours because she likes it so much).But the real difference is the retractable bristles.First, because they retract into the housing of the head using a very simple and easy to use button on the handle, you don’t get damaged and twisted bristles because of other items banging into it.Next, and much more importantly, when you’ve brushed your pet and you retract the bristle, the retraction motion removes all of the fur from the bristles!!No more picking the fur out using a comb or your fingers, never getting it all.Nope, this idea is so simple yet so incredible, it’s hard to believe that this isn’t how all brushes are made.When you get one, you will fall irrationally in love with this simple tool!

Das braucht sie aber auch nicht da der Verpackungskarton ausreichend groà dimensioniert ist.Optik und HaptikDie Bürste selbst weiÃt eine Länge von 17,5 cm inklusive Griff auf, der eigentliche Bürstenkopf eine Breite von 11 cm und eine Höhe von 7 cm und eine Dicke von 2,5 cm.Der Griff selbst hat eine Länge von 15 cm und eine Breite von 2,5 cm.Auf dem Griff Rücken befindet sich ein kleiner, daumengroÃer Schieberegler, mit dem man durch Hochschieben die Drahtborsten aus der Bürste heraus- und wieder hineinschieben kann.Das hat den Vorteil, dass sich in den Borsten befindliche Haare auf diese Weise automatisch lösen und entsorgt werden können, ohne komplizierte Reinigung. Die Bürste macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Dem Hund gefällt die “Massage” und bleibt dabei ruhigu nd entspannt. Bei Jack Russel ist diese eher nutzlos, beim COllie aber genial. Langhaarige Hunde profitieren richtig davon, ebenso die leichte Entnahme der Haare aus der Bürste.Für Hunde mit langen Haaren eine klare Kaufempfehlung

I have the slicker brush with the metal tips so wanted to try this out one, this def feels more gentle than the other one but this is mainly for short hair pers. Mine gets medium to long so in those moments the slicker hair brushes are better than this one. The mechanism to remove the hair is great just retract the pins and you can easily pull it out. My tip for brushes that don’t have this mechanism is to take a comb and run that through the brush to get all the hair out
