I was buying another brand mealworms until I found this product. It is cheaper and same quality. So I got the subscription to monthly delivery for even better price. It smells fishy but I think my chickens find it nutrious and tasty.My chickens are happy , They lay more eggs and with the current egg prices, Having more eggs make me happy.

Great item, great price
my wild birds love these. Great price, the worms/larvae are whole so not may pieces until you get to the very bottom of the bag and even then not many pieces. Inside box has as a Ziploc type closer bag so you can push the air out and seal them to stay fresh. Bought a lot of different vendors for larvae and these are as big, as fresh, and are as good as the more expensive fancy sounding ones. Don’t waste your money on the cheap ones either because you get a ton of broken worms.

Great bird food
Very fast shipping and a good price for a 5 pound bag. My yard birds love them. This will be a bird food that I’ll order over and over again. The larvae are not broken up because they are packed in a manufacturers box. Good and fresh.

Great bird food treat
Birds LOVE them. We’ve had a flock of over 30 Yellow Rumped Warblers come and stay. They along with Purple Finches, Mocking Birds, Carolina Wrens and many more really seem to enjoy the BSF Larva. The squirrels and raccoons eat them too as do our cats and dogs. The BSF Larva are sturdy enough they don’t fall apart or crush with the first bird that comes to the feeder tray, but they are soft enough for even the small birds to eat. I recommend these BSF Larva to anyone who wants BSF Larva for their birds.

Great snacks for the chickens
Our chickens love these as snacks. All I have to do is walk toward the garage where I store them, or shake the bag, and they all come running! Highly recommend. Good value for the money and no problems with the seller or arrival time. We did the subscription, so we save a little and never have to worry about forgetting to order more.
