We needed a new bed because the chocolate lab is old and sometimes pees on her bed in her sleep. The bed did so good, I immediately bought two more! It’s cheaper than smaller and thinner beds at petsmart, it’s thick, it’s soft, and best of all IT’S WATERPROOF!! Don’t let it discourage you that people say it’s too thin, they just didn’t give it time to fluff up because it’s vacuum-packed!On the first night, Ayla peed on it. It was SO easy to blot dry with a paper towel, take off the cover, stick it in the washer/dryer, and put the foam pad back in. No inside bedding soaked to stink of urine, no loose stuffing to deal with, no stain on the bed! The walls aren’t zippered, but they very easily fit into my standard sized washer

My pup loves this bed!
I bought this bed for my dog a few months back and as a dog owner I love this bed! It looks nice, it is great quality, the size is literally PERFECT for his kennel, and he loves it! It is a memory foam like material which I like, I feel like that is better for his back than a pillow-like bed. It’s easy to take the cover off to wash and put back on, dog hair is easy to get off, the shape has stayed the same since I bought it which I was concerned about, about 4.5 months later it has held up great. I will be back for another bed whenever that time comes!

UPDATE (4): I have increased rating to 4 stars because the pillow has finally expanded and the crease has relaxed. Possibly the foam was frozen before delivery? It was that week we got hit with the arctic cold. I’m not sure what happened but it took weeks instead of days for this foam to regulate. It may be from my dogs walking and laying on it but it finally filled in the pillow cover. It’s still not as full as the first one we bought which I loved,but it’s a lot better than it was that first week, and it’s a great size, a nice sturdy cover, and my dogs like it. UPDATE (3): I have decided to keep this pillow. The cover is nice, sturdy, and zips off for cleaning. The other pillow I bought has held up and washed nicely. The foam on this one is still misshapen and did not fully expand but I couldn’t get it back in the package and decided it’s worth keeping for the cover. Gave it 3 stars because I really liked the first one I bought. ORIGINAL REVIEW (1): I had already bought this bed for my dogs and loved it, so I decided to buy a second one. The bed came today and 10 hrs later it’s still disfigured. It’s not expanding the way the first one did and it’s misshapen in such a way that I do not think it will be able to lie flat. How do you return an item that came vacuum packed? I can’t get it back in the small box it came in. The first bed I bought is wonderful, it expanded beautifully right away, I was able to slip the cover on within hours. This pillow has a long raised crease down the middle, I don’t think it will flatten out and is not expanding as it should. I will change my review if I wake tomorrow after giving it a full 24 hrs to expand. I gave it 2 stars only because I loved the first bed I ordered. UPDATE (2): See 3rd pic, bed is still misshapen, refolded on itself during the night, this is 24 hrs later. Nothing can be done with this bed, it will not lie flat. I will get it back into its original packaging and back to Amazon it will go. Not sure what happened here but the foam was clearly damaged some how and will not expand.

Comfy Large dog bed
This product came nicely packaged. Once you open and unravel the foam bed, you have to let it sit for about 15 minutes for it to flatten out and expand. You do have to be very patient and putting in the foam into the cover of the bed. But the end product is great. It’s easy to clean and vacuum. Hair doesn’t get super stuck to the material.
