Useful Decoration/Habitat Addition
Works well for our 2.5 year old bearded dragon, Taquito. I like to mix up his habitat once a mont and include different items. So I am always looking for little things that could add to the floor design and mix things up for him. We lean a couple against a rock in his enclosure and he loves to drape himself on them. Also I have found that if I soak them in water, he likes to taste them. It might just be a way he enjoys getting a little water intake, but I find it amusing to watch. Iâd hate to live in a terrarium my entire life (especially now that I have experienced a quarantine LOL), so anything I can do to keep things fresh for Taquito, I will do.SHORT SUMMARY: Everything is as advertised, and we are happy with the purchase.

Contained Mites!!! Sticks Are Too Small and Narrow; Not Sturdy for Iguanas
UPDATE: My iguana got mites from these sticks and she got very, very ill! Needed emergency vet visit. And then I had to spend more to treat her plus her enclosure twice before killing them all. She was miserable. It took me a long time to pinpoint the cause. I got her from a prior owner. She was mite-free for 6 months and then all the sudden, she had mites. My other iguana never had them (he didnât get these sticks in his tank, thankfully). I knew she didnât come to me with them, and I didnât transfer them to her, so it was the sticks. I threw them out after this and sheâs been good ever since!I will be very careful before purchasing any more reptile accessories on Amazon. This is the second product in my order that was significantly lower quality than what was described or expected. The sticks in the picture are significantly larger than the sticks I received for my iguanas. I have two iguanas, and one is about 4 ft in length, head to tail. The stick I received wasn’t even the length or width of his body; the stick that was in the picture had more branches and was wider and longer. This seller used to generic images that are not the same size or description as what they put in the box. Additionally, there are no suction cups attached to the sticks and neither iguana can get on the sticks because they keep falling as soon as the iguanas climb them. These sticks are completely useless for my iguanas and not at all what was described, except for the fact that they are made of wood.

Nice size and look nice. Only bummer is in humidity they mold so cannot be used in my snake terrarium.

These were perfect size and strength to add to my ball pythonâs tank for clutter and climbing. Love that itâs real wood and they are easy to clean.

It is what it is, they’re natural wood and untreated so it’s not too surprising. But there were a few spots that had small splotches of white mold forming. I scrubbed them and left them to soak for a while and I haven’t seen any more mold show up, but still not super thrilled about the purchase because of it.

Half of these have mold on them. I read this on multiple reviews. Should have listened and not wasted my time. I wish they didnât, because otherwise they would be nice.

These were all very uniform in length but individually unique. I was hoping they would be fairly straight, as Iâm using them for âtreesâ for a craft project, and they were perfect! I had no issues with splinters, sharp edges or mould as the other reviewers stated. Will definitely purchase again!
