Doesnât work
Worked for about 2 minutes, now it doesnât stay connected and freezes up. Listen to the other reviews. This thingâs garbage!

Application glitch, error notification resolved
Such a great idea and project. I would like to put 5 star review from very start but I couldnât due to its app ROLA started to glitch and connection was totally lost. Moreover app did not let me to login, in 1 hour of desperate attempts Iâve finally logged in but it did not let me to reconnect with bot and saying Unknown Error repeatedly. Thank you for fixing this issue within 24 hours. I hope you will have more useful feedback and more users to try this incredibly useful pet pal.

Love this nifty little guy it was very easy to setup the camera quality is great on wifi but can be glitchy on wifi unless the settings is switched from original to smooth its pretty quite while driving but does occasionally have sounds such as âim going home to chargeâ and ârolaâ attached is a video of the rola petpal in action in my home!

Nonexistent tech support
Product works wonders, have to give 1 star because for the past week Iâve been trying to contact them to get a replacement charging station and their support constantly is giving the runaround.

Do not recommend
Stopped returning to charging station on its own after a week of use. It loses wifi connection very easy. I have pretty strong wi-fi signal throughout my entire house but still loses connection. App is very laggy. Tried resetting with no luck. Great concept but needs much improvement. Will be returning. Not worth $200.

if you have adhd and/or your dog has adhd, you will be entertained for hours tho I am not sure who is more entertained me or my dogs

The video is deceiving the device is amazing
Soâ¦video for device shows all it can doâ¦items are separateâ¦treat dispenserâ¦ball thingâ¦feather thing. I love it my pets love itâ¦gives me connection on long work days. Iâve trained them to come when âsheâsâ active and I drop treats and talk to themâ¦.fair warning the dogs have figured out how to violate her for the food booty so training has had to be done.
