UPDATE (Dec 2024): The manufacturer reached out to me, apologized and offered a full refund. My rabbits love this treat, so I purchased the product again and did not encounter issues with the new order. According to the seller, the product spoiled due to moisture, so upon purchasing just keep this in mind. Communication w/the seller was prompt, they were easy to work with and they resolved the problem immediately.——————————————————————————————————————–Jan 2024: I have bought previously from this seller twice with no issues with the product. This time I was absolutely mortified to find webbing at the bottom of the container as well as remnants of dead bugs and live larvae!My rabbits love this snack but because of this discovery feeding my pets’ this product brings concerns for their health. Needless to say, I won’t be buying again unless I can be assured that the snack will not come along with a bug infestation.

Crack for chinchillas
I don’t know what is in these treats, but I’ve been casually giving my chinchilla one here and there. They have now turned my sweet, gentle chinchilla into a ravenous beast. I can’t even walk by the cage without her sticking her nose out of the cage to beg for treats. She no longer has regard for my fingers. These definitely are worth the money. You get a good amount and my chinchilla obviously loves them

Wonât chew & canât return
I got these for my chinchilla & he loves to chew on everything but has zero interest in these, left multiple for days & nothing. Have a full bottle, but the policy says I canât return the item.Iâd also say false advertising on the packaging- look at the picture included- without artificial colors- does this look like natural color to you?

they were slightly larger than i thought theyâd be, i think next time iâll order the smaller size. but the chins seem to really enjoy them i will definitely be re purchasing when they run out!
