FIT MY 40 GALLON
I wasn’t sure it was gonna fit my tank, but it’s even better than the one that came with my tank originally. I have a 40 gallon reptile tank 36″ 18″, fits perfect.

Perfect fit replacement
Contrary to the picture. This replacement lid is NOT square!! It’s sized to fit the exo terra 36 long x 18 deep cages. So a rectangle. Also, FYI, this replacement lid is for the style with the twist latches; not the very old style with the push-in latches. It came in a gigantic flat box!!! Fit perfectly to replace the lid of my 36×18(x18 tall) cage. Now I just need to keep my XL cat from sitting on the new lid and punching out the screen again. The screen sections just can’t take 11+ lbs of weight sitting on it.

Excellent lid, nice and sturdy I dare even say sturdier than the original. Has held up great with a CHE bulb being used on top.

Perfect replacement for large Exo Terra terrarium… but plastic!
Perfect fit. Necessary to replace one just like it that melted when the heat lamp was set on it… That is my only complaint: It is plastic! You MUST buy a lamp stand or you will ruin it quick!
