Horse Care
I am thankful to have found a natural solution to keep the flies away from my horse!!! It is concentrated, lasts months and smells wonderful too!

Best natural flyspray for the money
Iâve had really good luck with this concentrated flyspray. I used to constantly have to change flysprays because they would stop working. This one works all spring/summer long and it doesnât leave an oily residue like some of the other brands.

Great fly spray – just brush it in!
This fly spray works quite well – but the key is to brush it in. Depending on the horse and their tolerance of sprays, I either spray it on the brush (that goes for all faces) or I spray it on their bodies and brush it in. I try to cover all of them, and especially brush all the way down to their hooves on all sides of their legs. As a bonus, it has a great scent! And I only put fly spray on once a day – if it looks like rain, I donât bother until after it has passed. My horses are pastured 24/7. I gave it 4 stars because you have to work a little harder to make it work, but once applied, itâs as good as any fly spray out there – and itâs all natural. Good for our horses and us!

The Smell
I wish the smell did not cause my horse to sneeze so much!!ðHard to feel comfortable with using it when she constantly sneezes, when it is sprayed.

Works
This stuff works well alone for most gnats etc but mixed with a little permethrin and you have the best home-mixed flyspray

work better than other non-toxic sprays I’ve tried
5 stars because it does what I expected it to do. It does not work as well as those chemical sprays full of that carcinogenic (but highly effective) ingredient, but I knew that it wouldn’t. It does, however, work better than other non-toxic sprays I’ve tried. I think a few bugs on my horse is the lesser evil compared to spraying a little bit of cancer all over the barn. It has a great smell too, and my horse seems to like it. He would try to move away from other sprays, but once he got a whiff of this one he stood much better. Sometimes, with these sprays, it can seem like it’s not doing much, but it always makes a difference in keeping my horse’s chest from getting chewed up. I board him, and if I miss a few days I can tell.
