I bought this for my 7 years old daughter. It is a very interesting set. My daughter got very excited when she found out that the jellyfish can be lighted, and she was so eager to drag me into a dark room to see how beautiful it looks in the dark. This just made my day.

Fun building kit
Quick and easy Lego-ish build kit. Instructions are easy to follow and it took me around an hour or 2 to leisurely put this kit together. I love the “Lego brick” cover, it adds to the aquarium theme.

Aquarium Building Block Set
These are like a generic lego set that you put together to build an aquarium. It is definitely for an older child, not a smaller one. My 14 year old put it together and had a little trouble with some of the pieces.

I really enjoyed putting this set together. Nice, clear instructions. Easy to follow. Great colors! And tons of details. I really dig the light-up jelly fish. And the brick-shaped tank cover is a huge plus! A great addition to my collection!!

Poor construction
The product did not connect properly and stay connected or lay flat. The instruction were poor with it being difficult to determine what pieces were needed for each section. Our lego building child gave up and eventually the adults did too. Do not buy. Amazon charged me a restocking fee for this Christmas present because I was outside the return window. Very poor Christmas policy. I will shop at the stores next year !!

Great Classroom Display
As a science teacher, I was looking for a display for my classroom that would show aquatic scenery and this was the perfect selection. What I like about this aquarium display is that it is no fuss and engages the inquiry of my students. The coloration of the aquarium kit was really nice and vibrant. The attention to detail was great and I enjoyed the way that the sea creatures were encased in a translucent plastic shell. The parts assembled well without any fuss and the instructions were a necessity in guiding me through the building process. My kids really enjoy looking at this display and have made many comments about how nice it looks and it did not take very long to put together. This is a quality kit that makes for a great display and will also make a wonderful gift item.

Horrible Toy Horrible Xmas present!
I knew that my granddaughter would love this present! She loves to build and put things together so I was thrilled to get this for her. There were 9 adults that could not help her put this together!!! The only directions were in Chinese! The pieces that should go together didn’t fit and it was missing the must crucial 15 pieces. This is a travesty that you are selling this on Amazon!!!

I got this for my 12-yr old autistic son who absolutely loves coral reefs and sea anemones, etc. This is a great little building set that doesn’t take up much room, but had so many cute little features.My son helped with the initial foundation, but then lost motivation/focus to continue. My 10-yr daughter stepped in and enjoyed building the latter parts with me.The instruction manual is pretty clear as to how and where to put pieces, but it can be tricky to decipher the exact colours of some of the pieces used in each step as there are translucent and opaque greens, blues and greys that can be easily confused for each other if you’re not paying close attention to the diagrams. It is wise to have an adult on hand to double check colour selection if your child is not the type to pay attention to such details…All in all, my children and I really enjoyed building this. The initial layers were a bit tricky to keep flat and flush to the tank’s base, but it worked out in the end and didn’t affect how the rest of the build went. My children loved all the little details (e.g., the crab climbing up the little sand hill, the lobster peeking out from its cave, and the light-up jellyfish).This is probably one of my favourite knock-off Lego builds!

Having built many floral themed building block kits I was on the lookout for something a little bit different. I saw this VANNMOLD Fish Tank Aquarium Building Block Set with Light and decided to order it as my next project.This kit allows you to build an attractive and cute Under The Sea scene that fits inside the included display case once the build is finished. I have built many of these types of kits so this kit was a fairly straight forward and easy build for me. I feel that this kit would be a good starter kit for someone interested in a building block project. It’s not too complicated and would a great introduction to a building block kit. The recommended age is 8+ years and while some children that age would be able to build this kit themselves I feel that some adult help for younger children might be necessary in some circumstances.The blocks are very good quality and fit together without issue. The kit allows you to construct a coral reef and has such undersea creatures as octopus, crab, fish, jellyfish, lobster and scallop. The jellyfish has an LED light inside which is activated by turning it gently. This light up feature is a really nice touch. Having a display box to protect your build once it is finished is very appreciated as it displays attractively and keeps dust off of your build.Overall, this was a different build than most of my projects. I really enjoyed this project and while not hard or complicated was very enjoyable. Based on my experience building this kit I can highly recommend it. RATING 5.0/5.0Priced at $29.99 at the time of this review.

Das Bauen hat dem 7 jährigen Spaà gemacht. Total begeistert und fokussiert. Was dann aber gestört hst. Ist die Tatsache das teile in der Anleitung waren, die es so bei den Bausteinen nicht gab. Das Umdenken und andere Teile nutzen die übrig blieben fiel ihm dann zu schwer.Das Bauteil fürs Licht fehlt ebenfalls.
