Customers find them to be a good value for the cost and appreciate their quality, with one customer noting they work well as a training tool. The protein content and smell receive mixed reviews – while some say they’re a great source of protein with no bad smell, others report that wild birds don’t eat them and find the smell vile.

Not bad
This was a great deal. The box is huge and my chickens love it. The worms are nice and big. No issues digesting.

Great snack, great price!
My birds love these! I feed them to my chickens and turkeys. I like that the chicken ms will eat them out of my hand. For a small flock these last a long time.

good value
My chickens love these treats and there really isn’t any place to get a better value for this quantity. I would highly recommend as a fun extra treat for your flock.

Chickens absolutely love these treats
Our chickens absolutely go crazy for these. They run over and cluck wildly when he goes over to where theyâre stored next to the coop because they know whatâs coming. Treats! They coo softly when eating their treats and we think their price is decent for the amount in the package.

Great chicken treats
My chickens loved theses! They were great for the price and amount you get. The bag was nice that it came in. The only thing I didnât like was the smell of them otherwise great product.
Steven & Diane –
Chickens love crunchy worms ð some of these are hard as rocks
I purchase this brand occasionally and they are no different than any other brand. Some brands the worms are tiny, or too hollow. These are ok in size and they didn’t have a horrible smell but there was so many INEDIBLE HARD as a ROCK pieces. For every small handful at least half of them were HARD, BLACK, BURNT. My pullets leave them on the floor, I thought they were too young but when I fed my hens them lots were l brown pieces left in the sand I am disappointed because I bought the 10 LB box of these and I am not going to waste them. Not sure if this is just a one time thing or are they all going to be inedible? Close to 50 dollars for 1/2 box of hard inedible worms ð¢
