Been effective at reducing turtle’s swollen eyes.
Been using this product for my red ear slider turtles eye, it had swollen up. Only used it for a week now, twice a day, and my turtle’s swollen eyes are starting to subside. Pretty effective, I’d say. It cleans up around the eyes well. Affordable price so it’s worth a try!I paired this eye drops with another product, vitamin A droplets (ingestion)

    LEOPARD GECKO APPROVED
I’ve been having humidity issues for my geckos 50 gal tank. It’s been hard to maintain the humidity and because of that my poor gecko got quite some buildup in both eyes. Panicked, I tried to find a cost effective solution before considering a vet. And this did JUST the trick!! On a scale to minimal-severe I would say the buildup in her eye was definitely mild. I put in a few drops in both eyes, which she allowed me to apply with no struggle or chirps so I assume it was pretty soothing and non irritating, rubbed it in more with a q tip to make sure it got ALL the way in, in addition to giving her a steam bath for about 20 minutes. I kid you not, a pretty sizable chunk of buildup came out ITSELF! It literally slid out just under her eye. Her eyes are clear and beautiful again!! I would probably even recommend this for severe cases in addition to consistent steam baths. I believe that as long as your Leo is healthy, they could recover from eye buildup with the appropriate amount of time effort and care to treat it. It will definitely take time but as long as you fix the issue of humidity and/or substrate (two common issues that affect a geckos ability to shed) on top of being consistent with the treatment, don’t beat yourself up! Things happen and you’re not a terrible owner for considering cost effective-EFFECTIVE treatment! I 100% recommend this item! But seriously don’t let it get to the severe point to do something about it, act FAST or else they could go blind if severe/consistent buildup occurs!

    Works well for chameleon
The product seems to work well for my chameleon I use vitamin A pills along with the drops and I’ve seen a lot of progress in Millie’s eyes. It’s easy to use but doesn’t come with a dropper so I’d suggest buying one. My chameleon isn’t. Fan of me putting the drops in her eyes but the product definitely works well. As soon as I put it in her eyes she immediately starts moving them around and rubbing her eyes against things in her tank. The really bad eye that’s basically swelled shut was the before the others are the after math i haven’t used it long but I’ve definitely seen progress!

    Good
This product helps if your reptile has something in its eye. I received a bottle with a different cap on it though, so I had to use a syringe. I think the bottle needs to be larger because if you are flushing out an eye you may have to use quite a bit of the product.

    Worked well
My bearded dragon was having some clear eye discharge post shed. I think he got some of his eye lid shed stuck in there. I was going to take him to the vet but tried this first. Used for about a week and worked like a charm. Saved a lot on a vet bill.

Leaky lid! Do not order with other items
Buyer beware: Do not ship with other items that you do not want wet! It seems they changed their lid manufacturing for the worse. I purchased an older bottle from my local reptile shop with a different lid that worked beautifully. All bottles ordered through Amazon are leaky so far. This one leaked through the little baggie and wet my brand new book, so I don’t advise using combined shipping. The contents are great for degunking leo’s eyes though. Just wish they would go back to the other lid.

Most important thing about this item is: my very picky 30-year-old diva red-eared slider doesn’t squirm or try to escape when I apply these drops. She stays very quiet; they seem to soothe, so she’s not fussed at all during the process. She’s a free-range turtle, (having broken 2 large aquariums trying to get out), so the drops are easy to apply then dry before she heads back to her tub/ basking area. Great for general daily eye cleaning to remove dust and dirt she has accumulated during her forays around the house. These drops last a long time; have used them before. Good little supplement, but the ingredients are not listed — would be good to know if there is a bit of Vitamin A or D in them. Is it possible to receive a list of ingredients? Thanks!Delivered on time and in good shape, etc.
