Photos show use on a donkey, but these were too big for my donkey. They’re also not very sturdy and didn’t hold up for very long on my horse. There are better boots out there.

I tried to save a little money buying these instead of the shoofly brand. Big mistake! The stays are made of thin plastic & came out of the boot. They lasted about 2 weeks. Donât waste your money on these

UPDATE: The splines came out, and they were slouchy even before that happened. Don’t buy these.I have 2 equines that always get fly bites on the cannon bone area. I have used Shofly boots for many years as they were the first on the market. They lasted me 2-3 summers and I was very happy with them. The last couple of years China came on the market with these at about 1/3 the cost. Last year I tried some and they started out fine but in a short amount of time they started slouching down. The ribs were made of plastic. Shofly uses metal ribs. These have metal ribs. I’m hopeful these will at least last the summer. Also, some were too wide at the top and would catch poop in them.
