Great for Cats
I wish I could upload the photo, but I don’t have the means. When I do, I will post another review. What I cans say is make sure you use the long screws and if it’s drywall, go ahead and drill a hole and place the plastic piece into the drywall before screwing in the long screws provided. Make sure it’s screwed into a stud. These steps need to be sturdy because cats who love to climb high (not all cats do), they will use them, bounding up and down like a mountain goat. And some cats way more than others. Mine is about 11.5 pounds. My cat loves her stairway ( I bought 2 sets) as they lead to the very top part of my closet which is separated from the bottom part by doors. Old fashioned for storage, but I leave one side door open for her. I am planning on buying a few more to put close to other places she loves to get too, but isn’t allowed to get to because the route is too dangerous yet, heavily laden book shelves etc. All I know is these are sturdy. And, like anything else installed on a wall, will last a long time if installed properly. I had to screw into lath and plaster walls, very old style, but so far they have been holding well, I used a stud finder, and went for every 16 inches from the edge to find them. I could feel the screw as it drilled into a long piece of wood, so it was a stud, not a lath. In the 1930’s when my house was built, the army corp of engineers were using studs of real size 2 x 4’s behind the lathe and plaster every 16 inches on center and happily they are the ones that built my very sturdy house. So I am very happy with these products from the Fukumara Company. This company seems very aware of feline behavior and needs and they obviously love cats because their products show a level of sturdiness and safety I haven’t found elsewhere. Very Very Happy, and so is my cat!

Kitty love it
My kitty baby Elena loves these cat stairs and all the other products we bought from this company. They are solidly constructed and easy to put up. We set up a whole cat wall in the basement and these steps lead up to a basement window where she can sit and watch all the birds. I put bird seed outside the window to attract them, and my cat is very happy and entertained. My cat is 2 years old and she can pretty much fly up these at a full sprint when she sees a bird from across the room. 10/10, highly recommend.

I like the steps, they are sturdy (as long as you don’t screw both sides to the drywall using anchors). The install is not the best… we have drywalls, so we had to screw one side to the stud, and use anchors for the other screw, otherwise if I’d used anchors for both sides, they wouldn’t be strong enough to hold the weight.Figuring out what anchors to buy was a challenge… so if you have drywalls, think twice before you buy…For size reference, the cat in the picture is only 6lb. The steps hold 10-11lb cats well (I’m sure bigger cats would be fine), they just might miss a step or two and slip trying to run up and down fast, since the steps are not very large. I don’t think I will order them again due to more complex install to the drywall and their smaller size, but they look good, and do the job.

The space between the stairs allows the cat the put the head. The cat could possibly get stuck. It doesnât seem overly unsafe. No strange smell noted. Very functional. The color is neutral.

Easy to assemble and install. Originally gave it 5 stars.Update: fell out of the wall after a week, even with anchors. She likes the stairs so we need to figure out an improved install option. Disappointing

Compramos la plataforma y la escalera y no podemos estar más contentos. Desde que abres la caja de ve la calidad del producto, viene con todos sus tacos, tornillos (para tipos de pared distintos) y hasta una broca para usar con la taladradora. Si se siguen las instrucciones el montaje queda muy seguro. El gato no ha tardado en probarlo y ahora está todo el dÃa supervisandonos desde las alturas :). No descartamos comprar mas piezas para ampliar.

I got this four step ladder, one that goes right to the left and one that goes left to the right. And also one piece of the floating shelf in the same series. I am very pleased with all three parts! The material is of high quality, solid wood. They are easy to assemble and even come with screws for mounting in the wall. My cats weigh about 5 kg each and now after around two years of using them they still sit firmly on the wall. It’s great that there are so many different parts, as this creates endless opportunities for how you want to design your play wall for your cats. If I am to ever buy something similar again I would definitely consider this seller. Thank you!
