Great product to check in on your fur child and home security!
I absolutely love this pet camera! I use it all the time to check in on my fur baby, and it gives me so much peace of mind. The camera quality is great, and I really appreciate the instant notifications whenever sheâs active so I can see what sheâs up to. Setting it up was a breezeâjust plug it in, connect via Bluetooth, and youâre good to go.Iâve had zero issues with losing connection while Iâm away, and the camera does a fantastic job of picking up movement. It is a little sensitive to loud noises, thoughâsince I live in an apartment, it sometimes mistakes hallway doors slamming or my upstairs neighbors stomping for barking when my dog isnât actually making a sound. One of my favorite features is the nanny mode, which is perfect for a helicopter pet parent like me. I always know what my dog is doing, and as a bonus, it also serves as a handy home security check. If youâre thinking about getting one, do itâyou wonât regret it!

Works great!
This is one of the best things that I have ever bought for my cats. I bought this because I was going out of town and wanted to be able to communicate with them as well as give them treats. When I was out of town, I was able to give them treats and talk to them through the app. It really made my cats happy and gave me a peace of mind. Now even when Iâm home they would rather get the treats from Furbo than from me. I think they like the way it tosses the treats out and they like to chase them. I love the fact that you can record your voice to play each time it dispenses treats. I also like the fact that it picks up their activities, such as playing, crying, meowing, or just walking by and then saves the clip so that you can go back and watch what your cats are doing. This is a great invention and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has pets.

Love this connection to my dogs when not home!
Absolutely loved by my dogs. I love that I can watch them when Iâm away. The calm feature setting is great to keep the dogs from barking. It was easy to set up and watch from the app on my phone. Good camera quality. Some lag but it doesnât affect use. You can change the motion setting if it goes off too much. It has learned my dogs by name and tells me which one is doing what. They love getting treats when Iâm away.

Very helpful and quality is great!
This is the some of the best money Iâve ever spent. I have a litter of 13 puppies and a whole room dedicated to them. I have two cameras set up so I can check on them without disturbing them. I can check to see if theyâre playing, or making a poopy mess. My whole family checks on them throughout the day and we can tell whoever is home that a mess is being made. We also have the regular Furbo that throws treats in the living room. It alerts me when my big dogs are barking, a puppy is pooping, someone is chewing. The treat throwing could use a little work, but not a huge deal. My big dogs have already recognized that the noise is associated with a treat and it distracts them from whatever theyâre doing. Love it.

Updated: I bought 2 of these 1.5 years apart, with sub. App could use work but the camera is great
UPDATE NOV 2020: I bought another one (when it was on sale for about 40% off, I would not pay full price if planning on using without premium features – Furbo’s premium bundle may be a cheaper option if you are willing to shell out the full price) about a year and a half after my first purchase as I had to leave my first one behind in a different country when I returned home due to COVID conditions. The first time around I had the premium subscription feature, but this time I decided I only need the treat tossing and camera feature so I am currently using it on regular features. While I was on the sub, they would periodically send surveys asking things like which features would you like, how much would you be willing to pay for these features, etc. They have since taken away many of the free features and added them to the sub so obviously the rest of their clientelle is richer than I am. But they did keep the basics which is what I need so I am okay with that so far. Free feature comes with the camera (+ audio), treat tossing, voice recording to play when tossing a treat, and barking alerts. Premium features more or less make the Furbo into a security camera (person alert, alarm alert, etc.) which was useful for me on the first one because I lived on my own (it would let me know when apartment management came by to do maintenance while I wasn’t home, etc.) but not so much anymore because we have a separate security camera system at my current place. The product has not changed much (the app has updated – keep reading for app review), the camera is still great, 1080p with great night vision. Functionality has not changed either, I am using Zuke’s brand training treats and it tosses out 3-5 at a time (they are 2 calories each so this is a good amount). I do not have Alexa connected to the new one so I don’t know how much improvement there has been for that. The issue I had with the app is connecting the new device. The green light indicating the device was on connection mode was on but the app would do nothing when I pressed next. I spoke to the live chat help within the app but it crashed when I attempted to upload a photo of the device serial number as they requested and couldn’t get back into the chat room again. They then contacted me by e-mail to follow up (good customer service on that end, though I fixed the issue on my own by then). The issue was that the app asks you for permission to access location when setting up first, but if you click on “only this time” instead of “all the time” the app will not respond for whatever reason. It connected properly once I gave it location access for “all the time” (I took away the permission after set up and it works fine without it). One star off for that this time because app needs some troubleshooting. I did not have many issues with the app prior to the update. Also I recorded the same thing I had on the first camera to play when tossing a treat and my dog still recognizes it (:——FIRST REVIEW AUG 2019:I bought this camera after doing a lot of research on other pet cameras. I specifically wanted one that could do wifi streaming, treat tossing, and Alexa capability. It does all those things plus night vision quality is great, but like some other reviewers mentioned Alexa does not work correctly so one star off for that (but that could also be an Alexa specific thing, as she has trouble with some of my other appliances). I mainly use it to keep an eye on my 9 month old pup who likes to eat my chairs while I’m gone to class and on my 1 month old Roomba that likes to chase her around. Works great for that purpose and night vision quality is great, much better than I originally anticipated. Treat tossing is good too, at first I used kibbles but it shoots out a lot at once so I switched to larger treats broken into pieces. My pup learned very quickly that my voice coming from it means cookies. It also doubles as a security camera with person detection. Also the daily diary videos are a hoot! I look forward to watching them every day (:

Hola buenas tardes!

It is so much better than I imagined.I really like how it tracks the cats, makes small videos that shows moment I missed. It helps me understand how our cats act during the day when we are not around.Probably one of my best purchases this year.Absolutely recommend it.
