Big but
I received a pretty substantial piece for the price, its quite large and heavy, at this size it could make a nice centerpiece if the ends were not so obviously chop sawed killing the natural look. I will probably put it as support for some nicer looking pieces since it was cheap, my panaque will eat it even if it looks like a cut plank with a branch.

Not for larger reptiles
It was too small and thin for my bearded dragon to use as a basking log(as intended) but may work as cage decoration when I move my pet to a larger cage.

OK piece of wood. Really like mopani wood better it has a lot more character. But overall nice shape and size just really plain looking.

I was disappointed with the piece I recieved. The colouring was nice and length was as stated. It is a really narrow piece basically a nice coloured stick. It is a bit curved in places, if it was thicker(a lot) it wouol have been a very nice piece.

Donât buy this product. What you get is a ridiculous overpriced tiny peace of wood. Product not even matching the description in size, my peace was under 11 inches long and it had no desired growth characteristics for aquascaping purposes. Item was a tiny flat peace of wood. You can get from Fluval via the Amazon Add On program better drift wood for under $10!

It was without equivocation beautiful. Lovely twisted shape, actually bigger than I expected, and with lots of little angles and crooks to fasten in my fish tank plants.And although I did soak it for three days before use, it barely let off any tannins at all, so no water discolouration either!
