Easy problem solver
I bought this product to separate an aggressive fish from itâs tank mates. It was very easy to assemble, and you can either hang it from the side of the aquarium, or use the suction cup provided. If using the suction cup, leave the screw loose, press the suction cup against the tank wall, THEN tighten the screw. This creates the suction required to hold it to the wall. I never had any problem with it falling, or the lid detaching. It worked great for the purpose of separating my aggressive fish until I could move him out of the tank.

Horrible
Amazon, Iâm trying to return 4 of these because they do not stay suctioned to the tank. They fall into the aquarium, the lid opens, & my betas get out. Which puts more than 1 in the aquarium together at same time. When in try to got to return options it doesnât give me those options only âcontinue shoppingâ. So how in earth am I supposed to make these returns of products that arenât working for my needs? Iâve tried in app & online

Works great
Suction is good, you just have to understand how it works. Loosen the screw, then tighten it with the suction against the glass. It should not come off at that point. The only thing I would prefer is if the suction cup was lower on the box so I can move the box higher with the top above the water line in a standard rimmed aquarium. Instructions weren’t included, but this Amazon listing has them in the images.

Betta managed to get stuck in it
So in theory this shouldâve been fine. Itâs a bit small but thatâs no big deal. I put it in my tank to let my betta get used to it, and they managed to squeeze half way through the whole in the very top (which shouldâve been physically impossible) and scraped themselves all up. Just keep that in mind

Easy setup and worked great
I needed a small area for my baby shrimp to be protected but I don’t have the counter space for a full breeding tank. This worked great! It was easily assembled, sturdy and easy to stick to the inside of my tank. Will use it on my next batch of babies!

Suction cups not sticking and keeps falling down
Basically got the box and put it together and once I tried to put it in my tank it kept falling and isnât able to stick.

This seems to work perfect for little fish fry. I’ll be honest, it took me a few tries to get the box together correctly (didn’t come w/instructions), but once I figured it out, it’s a great way to separate the babies.
