Great jacket!
It is so hard to find clothes for my rescue girl. She’s a football! I adopted her with no hair, infected skin and so many health issues you couldn’t name them all here. She’s a Frenchie that never should have been created. With that said, she’s shaped like a potato. All clothes either won’t fit comfortably around her huge neck, are too long and get in the way during potty time, or just can’t zip up around her deep chest. This is literally the only jacket I’ve found that fits, is warm and comfortable, looks cute and is great quality. I believe the price is also reasonable! Will definitely buy more!

Cute, no stretch
I like Gooby jackets for their use as cold weather harnesses. This one is cute, well made, and fits my 7lb chi snugly. Only reservation is the when fully zipped, the zipperhead makes the neck/collar area stiff and restrictive, because there’s no give in the material. With chihuahuas there’s concern for tracheal collapse, so I either don’t leave this jacket on her beyond the walk itself or partially unzip the top so that she has better range of motion.

Measurements do not include abdominal girth
My dog is the correct weight for his size and the chest measurement was correct, but it is impossible to zip it up (4 inches apart). The next size up, despite that the description says the chest would be too big, fits perfectly. The zipper doesn’t get bought in his Bichon hair. It’s thin, well made, and the perfect weight for chilly California winter rains. I would give the larger size 5 stars and the “green” (spa color) is much prettier

WAY smaller than I thought. Also, very thin. maybe a spring jacket.
I bought a small as usual and my little dog would have to be half his 10 pound size for it to fit. It’s also VERY thin and wouldn’t hold up to a Massachusetts winter. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I bought this after the jacket we had been using (a different brand, and fairly expensive) ripped at the stictching. This jacket from Gooby has proved an excellent replacement. It looks good and seems very well made. It’s thin and not at all bulky, so our dog moves around very comfortable while wearing it and seems warm enough. Mud splashes wipe off easily, so we’re not having to wash it constantly.I selected the Large size for our dog, which should perhaps have fitted slightly loosely, but it turned out to be a perfect fit. So the sizing is perhaps snug rather than generous (although it’s not way off like some dogwear seems to be) – you might think about this if your dog is at the upper end of the range for a size.We are extremely happy with this jacket, and defeinitely recommend it.
