Durability: Constructed from a high-quality nylon rope for longest wear & to better handle the vigor of young horses.
Contrasting Colored Tie String: A bright white, easily noticed top closure rope makes this hay bag easier to spot, which is a bonus for eased loading and unloading.

New Favorite Hay Bag
This has held up well for my horses so far. I have about 10 bags right now, and haven’t had any issues. I can easily fit 5 flakes in each bag. There’s definitely room for more if I wanted to, but who wants to fight with hay bags? I also love that the draw string is a different color than the rest of the bag. So much easier to know which string to grab.

Sturdy, Economic, and Practical – For Horses
I use for mini goats. Mesh grid could be smaller for my animals. Too much hay is pulled through so NOT slow feed. Obviously made for horses or larger livestock. Wonderful if there was an option for 3″ x 3″ grid squares. Strong materials. No UV protection. Within weeks, the sun faded the netting color. Makes me wonder if the netting will start to break down now? When I’m not using, I store them inside the barn.Side note: Netting rope that closes the mouth is a generous length. This is a nice amount to be able to loop over a support and tie to suspend the bag.

works great
We have a horse with a choking issue. We started using these slow feeders, and they work great. She doesn’t get too much hay at a bite, so she doesn’t choke when using the slow feeders. They are easy to fill and easy to hang up.

Slow feeder hay net
I look for a sturdy hay net for my horses and this fills the bill. Unlike other brands this one has a rope tie not a thin stand that breaks after less than a week. Netting it knotted and a thicker nylon than your cheaper nets and will last about a year before I have to patch worn out holes.

Ease of use
This is the second time I have purchased these large hay nets. The cord that holds the top of the net is long, and some how because of the construction is extremely easy to stretch over the bucket, (without getting caught) that I place the nets in to fill. They can easily hold 4-5 flakes. They’ve lasted quite some time and the only reason I’m buying them again is so I can prefill nets at night for the morning. The only draw back I would mention, and its an easy fix, is the cord material is very slick and won’t hold a knot. This is easily remedied by burning the inside of the knot and pulling it tight. It stay stuck together and there’s no worrying about losing the snap ring you add to clip the net on fences.
