Sturdy and Wide
I have to note that the product I received appeared to have been previously opened. The box was ripped open and parts were removed from individual baggies. After inspecting all parts, everything was included. The stool was easily put together and the instructions had nice tips. It appears to be very sturdy and the steps are wide and stool does not slip. It was purchased so that my mother with mobility issues can get in and out of our SUV. It is perfect due to the size and heavy duty aspects. It would be nice to have a folding stool to keep in SUV at all times but I donât think it would be as sturdy if it folded.

Missing parts
The package was missing the larger hex key (Allen wrench) and the two cross bars. Pretty sure without those cross bars the steps will start to bend in the middle and be useless. It was more work than itâs worth to send it back to get the right parts. My hands hurt from not having that missing hex key.

Bought this to put a top of stairs for ease of standing up with a casted leg. Sturdy, and works well.Cons- difficult to assemble- luckily my husband is handy! Would be even better if it was foldable.

Itâs good and sturdy but I assumed it folded but it doesnât! My fault I didnât read facts better! I am limited in closet space so It will be a pain getting it out! AGAIN, MY FAULT! It is VERY STURDY!

Worthless plastic
This product is worthless. Iâm a big guy (6â10â, 385) and the plastic on the first step broke the first time I tried to step up on it. 600 pound rating is bogus!DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP PIECE OF JUNK!
