Love this baby monitor!
Love this baby monitor! HIGHLY recommended.The split screen feature has been soooo helpful with our second baby! Controls are very intuitive, video quality is excellent, and the battery life is impressive.On another note, we also canât speak highly enough of the customer service support from Hellobaby! They really stand by their products and provide great communication!

Worth the splurge! You wonât regret it
100% worth the splurge. I like to pinch my pennies, so it was hard springing for a pricier monitor when I could have just bought a second cheaper monitor for my second baby. But itâs so worth it for the convenience. We love that we only have to charge one monitor, and I love all the different settings on it. The camera rotations makes it possible to see the whole room, so thereâs never a blind spot. I also love that it monitors the temperatures in each room, because our house is old and has very uneven heating/cooling so I always worry one of them will get too hot/cold. I wish it had an easier way to mount it, but overall I would choose this monitor again and again.

Freeze’s and looses connection
Weâve had this monitor for quite a while now. We purchased it in June of 24. With the price and the reviews I had high hopes for it. I originally ordered it because I liked the function that you could move the cameras with the monitor and look around the room and the fact it wasnât WiFi connected so someone couldnât hack it. After about 10-20 minutes of it being on it just freezes and wonât show any video/sound. You have to restart it then it does it again. Itâs really annoying at night when it freezes and youâre sleeping so you donât hear the baby crying right away especially since my room is downstairs and theirs is upstairs. Itâs done this since the first day we bought it Iâve tried everything to restart it and make it work but it just wonât so now Iâm finding myself throwing it away and having to buy another one. Definitely wouldnât recommend

A parenting need
I love that you can see both kids in one screen. You can only hear one at a time but that was not a problem for us. I keep it on all night but only have to charge it every other day so the battery is good. I love that you can move the camera from the monitor. My child moves all around so sometimes you need to adjust to see where they are at. The temp reading is very helpful to figure out what they need to wear to bed because both rooms run different. I personally think itâs an amazing price for everything that it does. I donât use it too much during the day to see how it looks then but the night time vision is great. Only downside is the darn green light on the camera catches my kids attention so they stare at it and itâs kinda scary.

Best baby monitor & great customer service
We recently upgraded to this camera/monitor when our second child was born and have absolutely loved it. Great quality camera and monitor. We love that it doesnât require WiFi and the battery charge on the monitor lasts a long time. Very easy to use. Customer service is great too. We dropped our monitor and it broke and after reaching out to customer service they are sending us a free replacement.

Love this monitor
I previously had the Infant Optics DXR-8 (had it on my baby registry and got as a gift). This is my first baby and I’ve never had any baby monitors before, so I didn’t really know what I was looking for other than I didn’t want a wifi camera. The Infant Optics seemed good at first, but was actually quite terrible, so I went looking for a replacement.This monitor, especially for the low price, is amazing.Pros:1. The monitor screen size is fantastic2. The battery lasts a long time (much longer than I use it for each night)3. The connection is great. I have a one story, 2200 sq ft house and I’ve never lost connection, even close to other electronics (the other monitor I had would lose connection if it was even near my phone, not to mention if I was in my office with my computer and modem)4. Love the VOX mode… it has 3 sensitivity levels. When enabled, the monitor is silent (so I don’t constantly hear my son’s sound machine) unless baby cries or makes loud noises5. This is not a wifi camera, so much less likely to be hacked. Also, if wifi goes out, the monitor still works.Cons:1. Biggest downside is the camera mounting. The other crib mounts compatible with this brand that clip onto the crib are not compatible with this particular model. I found one that was supposedly compatible with all HelloBaby models, but it wasn’t a clip (my crib design isn’t great for the kind that coil around the side). I had to mount it to the wall, but it’s very unstable, so hoping it never falls (definitely don’t mount where it could fall into the crib).2. The camera does allow color video, but it’s very sensitive and even when I turn on the bedroom light, it still stays in night vision mode. Before I mounted on the wall and moved it around, if I got it in the “right spot” it would change to color, but only briefly. Not a huge deal though because I’m almost always using it when the room is completely dark.
