I like it but we havenât been able to âwalkâ our cat yet
We just started to foster a kitten that has a very weak hind end possibly from an accident that happened when he was very little. The Vet said that using his legs more might help build some muscle and help him walk better. I got the harness so I can take him outside so he can explore and use his legs for some exercise. Itâs day 3 and he doesnât seem to mind the harness BUT he has refused or been unable to walk with it on. He just falls over when he tries to stand up. He falls over a lot normally so maybe the extra weight is something he has to get used to. Heâs only 5.8lbs himself and the harness doesnât seem heavy but he also does not have the strength a normal cat has. We will put it on him a few minutes daily to help get used to it and once heâs able to stand up, weâll try the walking. Iâll update my review if thereâs more to say. Otherwise, I like the color, I like how breathable it is, I like the feel of it. It is slightly too big for him I believe but heâll grow into it and the Velcro helps with adjusting it tighter.

Great Harness for Kitty
So in this review I will tell you why I chose this product to buy after much research and deliberation, what I like about it, and what I’d change (not much).My cat Simon is 16.5 lbs of muscle. People see him in person and are usually a bit taken aback by his size. I’ve tried other harnesses but struggled to find ones that were big enough, stay on, AND are comfortable for him. He measures 17.5″ inches around his chest behind his legs.This harness had a large size range and had an easy step in design. I liked that it had easy adjustable velcro closure reinforced by a buckle. I was worried about it staying closed but it has a large amount of very strong velcro. Not only that but there is still a good amount of room left to where, if he was bigger, it would still work for him.I like that this style harness does not put pressure on his neck and fully supports his chest. It does not move or shift even if he tugs against the leash. He seems to find it very comfortable. Unlike other harnesses it only took two times of him wearing it to fully walk unbothered. I made putting it on a positive experience with treats and starting out with only a few minutes of wearing it, increasing each time. Worked like a charm.The harness is great quality. Good stitching and seems like it will last. I love the bright colors and went with “Fruit Green” aka highlighter yellow/green. I chose this so if I for some reason lost hold of the leash, he could be easily spotted, even if we were in the woods. It really is breathable too. I can see his dark fur through the mesh and when I hold it up to a vent the air flows through easy.I do wish the fixed buckle lock could be tightened once the velcro was fastened. It would be that extra added measure to ensure it stays in place. He has never gotten out of it though. As stated above, the velcro is strong. I also make sure to stay behind him so he doesn’t have the opportunity to pull out. Though, I doubt he would accomplish this easily. I also wish the leash included was a bit longer. I can always buy a new one though so no biggie.Overall, I love this product. My cat Simon does too, as now he gets to go on daily walks. The quality and functionality is all there. I will be buying another one for my other cat as well.

I like that it seems sturdy. The velcro works well, the latch is good and large so it works well for my fingers. I don’t like that it has gaps around the shoulders. But I will keep it. Ok for the price.

Perfect Escape Proof Harness!
I ordered this little harness for my cat and I am so pleased! My cat does not like to wear anything, and she will fight to get out of what ever I put on her. I was hoping the harness was soft and comfortable enough for her to keep it on because she needs to wear it for travel. To my delight she does not mind wearing it, and she has allowed me to put it on her several times now. For reference, my cat weights a little over 6 pounds and I ordered the medium size, which fits her well because of the adjustable velcro. The harness is very well made from a soft knit fabric that is slightly padded. I trimmed and rounded the corners of the velcro strips a little bit, to make sure they did not stick out and rubbed my cat. It’s perfect!

TOO SMALL!! MY 10 POUND CAT BARELY FITS IN THE LARGE!
I ordered the large for my 10 pound cat and it barely fit him. It says that large would fit 10-16 pounds and this would not fit an 11 pound cat much less a 16 pound one!! It is very very small and I almost couldn’t get it on him and was worried it was too tight even with the velcro barely together. Luckily it was able to buckle it but I would NOT recommend this for larger cats. The only reason I am not returning this is because I am tight on money right now and I already had felt bad since I hadn’t gotten him a harness until now. I will add pictures of him wearing it when I put it on him again but I’m afraid that if he gains any more weight it will be useless. I have another very small 6 1/2 pound cat that I will also post with it on to show the difference. Please do not buy this if your cat weighs any more than 9 pounds. There is a reason that it is frequently returned. (Unfortunately I never saw that.)

My current rescue cat is a fan of NO harness, but with treats and patience xOneMillion I did get this on her – once. She wont be picked up or held so she’s not the usual housecat. Once on, she promptly hated like most cats would but quickly seemed to get used to it. It is so comfortable and light its really a fab harness. She is a tiny cat, full grown but only about half the size of a regular cat, only 6 pounds and the size small was good for hereven if she gains a pound or two. Having said all that, my previous 11 pound cat would have easily been coaxed or simply placed by hand into this harness in a bigger size. It is well made, so light! And the buckle opens and shuts securely with ease, not one of those ones you need 3 hands for. I am impressed by this harness in every way. If I ever get this wild child back in it I’ll take a pic. Also, when she was in it, it looked snug on her and I was concerned maybe she couldn’t breathe, so I put my finger under it where her ribs were and she had *plenty* of breathing space so looks are decieving. I give this a 5 star-rating. Thank you for making it. Update: I figured out if I can just get the harness around her belly loosely with the velcro, if I do that then pull it forward like I’m trying to help her get out of it she actually puts one or two feet in and then I snap the actual buckle closed! Not easy, but its happened once so it can happen again lol. And again truly great quality, so breathable and light.

Product came in a timely manner and fit my cat well. It took her a while to get used to it, but she adjusted pretty quickly. It felt really sturdy and well made with proper padding and D rings located in the back guarentee your cat can’t slip out. This would be a great fall and winter harness, but too warm to wear in spring and summer. It’s also much heavier than her H harness so she can’t move as quickly which is really good if I want to take your cat to a new place and don’t want then running off or climbing random trees. So far so good but my cat has only worn it a couple of times and still needs to get used to getting into it.

This one seems the best for cats that try to escape . Fits well and easy to put on .Chompie is on his second one as the Velcro gets worn but he has had it for quite a few years . Tried two other harness but he escapes or gets his front paws tangled .
