good quality light no-fill rainproof blanket, kept my horse dry, good weight for cool nights for an older horse, I like snaps rather than buckles which are harder to work with cold hands, very similar to ‘Tough One’ blankets which I also have with light 200g fill.

Well put together RAIN SHEET for the money
I like the pattern and quality. Nice features (front buckles and rings to attach a neck cover to if needed). I haven’t had rain yet, so I can’t say how. I’m betting it will do well since the quality seems to be here. I like a rain sheet for putting over older blankets that may not be water resistant anymore. I’ve had some blankets get pretty saturated despite my spraying with water repellants. So the rain sheet adds some piece of mind that my older blankets will keep my horse warm, and the rain sheet helps keep my horse dry.

This was amazing for my big gelding! Keeps him dry and warm too! The adjustable neck makes for an even better fit than other blankets and I really like using it. Even in a quick need I was able to use it on a much smaller horse and since its adjustable in so many different ways it worked!

Itâs very pretty and the weave of the fabric is thick and sturdy. I have been able to clean it with just a brush. One of the nicest blankets weâve purchased and the price was fair too.

Did not hold waterproofing
Worked great the first season. Had it professionally cleaned and rewater-proofed but it leaked and my mare ended up wet underneath.It fit well though and other than no longer water proof it held up ok (she is old and easy on blankets though). Since I wanted a turnout would not purchase again. Ok if not out in weather.

Quality rain sheet
I bought this rain sheet to keep my horse dry on RAINY and WINDY days while tied out a high line while camping. The nights were in the 30âs and the rain and wind was just a bad combination and I felt my thin horse could use some extra care. The material and quality were very good. The clasps also hold up well. I have used it 6-7 times now with no problems. I have never purchased anything from the HILASON brand before but I will definitely try some more of the their products.
