Has been very helpful for my dog
I have a miniature Pinscher and she is a lot taller than most min pins. However she has struggled in the past with being just slightly overweight. She also struggled with a case of pancreatitis. With some lifestyle changes things got better. But then all of a sudden we noticed she was having allergic reactions to the dry food we had been feeding her prior which was another weight management food by another brand. When I looked at the bag I realized they had changed their formula and did not advertise it on the bag and it contained one of the ingredients she is allergic to. I was hesitant to go back to hills science diet because she did not like it the very first time we tried it however this time she absolutely loves it. She has been high energy, enjoys the taste ( if she can even taste it she’s like a Hoover) and her bowel movements are much better. Purchasing it on Amazon was much cheaper than getting it from the vet. Overall this is a quality dog food that I suggest to anyone whose dog is having health problems as Hill science diet has different types of dry food for all kinds of problems like chronic diarrhea or overall health problems and aging. The ability to start out with a 4 lb bag to see how she would handle it as opposed to a 75 lb bag from my vet is amazing. This also costs much less than big pet store retailers.

Even the picky eater approves!
My dog is a picky eater and he is in the process of losing weight. I got him this food and he immediately ate it up. The food even smells better than most dried dog food and the bag seals up (4 lb bag). This is the best quality dog food without having a prescription (closest thing to Royal Canine – prescription needed). Very impressed with it so far!

This is a great diet dog food. My dog does very well on Hillâs brand food (since she was a puppy), and is now a very healthy nine year old girl. My only complaint is the higher price, compared to the other variations of the same line.

Your pet will be healthier
When I carried Delilah my lab) to the vet for her annual vaccination, I was told to put her on a strict 1 1/2 cups of food in the morning and another 1 1/2 in the evenings, and treats are green beans or carrots.I will admit she got treats several times a day, soup bones, nudges, or some other treats. So, I came home and ordered this for her. I cut out the other treats too. After she started eating Hills her poops were easier on her, so surprisingly easy, she had a poop accident in the house (never ever before), she was as surprised as I was. Not only was it easier for her it was much greater in volume, not piles, just big poop, not mushy, solid, and not stinky smelly.Her coat became healther, shiner, and fuller.After seeing her be more energetic and losing weight to make her feel better, the cost of Hills is worth the difference in how Delilah feels.

Hills science diet, perfect weight, dry dog food
I have two corgis that are a little bit overweight so I did a lot of research on dry dog foods looking for one low in calories. This was the only one that I found was under 300 cal for a cup. My dogs have lost weight on it. itâs a slow process, but it does work!

My dogs love this food. Itâs gentle on their tummies and maintains their health. It is pricey and i would hope for it to be more affordable but you get what you pay for I guess.
