Nice tie rings
What I really like about this is that I can attach it anywhere I have an eye bolt secured. Because this attaches to the eye bolt with a carabiner I can move it from one location to another very easily. I do not have issues with horses pulling back on the tie so I can not attest to that function of it. I do find that these are nice because having a small farm I sometimes need to tie horses in odd places and with these I can pre-attached an eye bolt to any tree or wood surface and attach the ring with the carabiner whenever I need to. These appear to be well made and will hopefully hold up over time.

Really nice ties
I have several of these ties around our pasture to use for our two mares. My wifeâs mare will stand if you drape her lead rope over a fence. Mine gets antsy and I learned the hard way before using this style tie when she pulled back and ended up ripping a 2×6 loose. Itâs ok, I stopped it with my forearm. Might have broke it but never got it looked at but itâs ok cuz I can feel my fingers again so thatâs good. This style ring allows your horse to pull back with different levels of resistance dependent upon how you run the lead rope. My horse has tested them and has always been able to calm herself and stop pulling. These things are invaluable. For this tie in particular is very nice. The magnet that holds the bar in place has enough grab to it and the stainless finish looks like itâs going to hold up to many years. Iâve had others that have not held up and wouldnât waste my time with ones that are not stainless. I would recommend this two pack. Itâs a decent price for the level of quality that it is.

A pretty good deal
If you haven’t used Blocker tie rings, do an Internet search. These allow you to tie a horse so that it will be unlikely to hurt itself if it pulls against the tie. You can have different amounts of resistance depending on how you wrap the lead rope. There’s the first reason these aren’t five stars — I’ve gotten others of these tie rings that included directions on how to wrap the rope and the general amount of resistance for each wrap. Extra maybe, but great for someone new to these. The other reason for only four stars, the magnets are ok but not that strong, and the rings aren’t too heavy but they’re probably plenty heavy enough. For the price these are a really good deal, and they come with a small curry comb — just big enough for about two fingers for me. An extra, but barely usable for me. I’ve got better tie rings, but these are well worth the price.

Nice set of easy on easy off horse ties
We’ve been replacing all of our horse tie rings with this kind of magnetic quick release ring. It has saved us more than once when a horse is tied up and loses his you know what. The way it works it allows the horse to create slack if he pulls up or even rears up, without letting him go. It’s also just much easier to tie up, as you don’t have to tie a knot just slip it around the tongue and clip it to itself with its magnet. Once you have these you won’t go back! This is a well-made set, and they are quite heavy duty, including the screw in piece if you want to attach it to a post. Otherwise, you can just hang it from your regular tie up and it works great. Highly recommended!

Great quality
Great quality steel rings and hooks. Somehow surprised by the brush that was included although it’s clearly in the picture and description. Is currently used in the barn in two locations.

Such a great tie for horses that pull back
I have a tie ring like this and saw these and had to get more. These are fabulous quality and I can’t wait to ad them in other places in our farm. Super easy to slide a lead rope through and when a horse pulls or sets back it releases the rope really easy so their halters don’t break. Highly recommend this.

Works great for horses that pull back
These work extremely well, the Carabiner makes it easy to use anywhere you have a tie ring, so they can be used on the side of a horse trailer. Theres enough tension that the horse stays tied but if they sit down or pull back it will give and they can break loose preventing injuries.

I actually got these to use as mounts for a hammock and they work fantastic for that I am not rich enough to own a horse if you are God bless you maybe these will work for you because it came with a 30 cent horsebrush lol. They’re made of steel and are fantastic quality
