Very interesting
My wife and I have a Clydesdale that was diagnosed with navicular. After years of shoeing, layers of pads under the shoe, medication, bute, arthritis âproblemsâ, steroids, x-rays, medication, and $100s of dollars (probably $1000) we found that a different way of trimming solved it (16 year old now just joint supplement keeps him sound). This book sheds light on on trimming and gives me hope to helping another Percheron we have that suffers similarly. We use a type of pellets for the geldings (Percherons) bedding, but I wonder if this is just how he is trimmed again after redo g the book. Thank you for the good perspective on how to look at trimming differently than what I thought was ânormalâ but in reality is not correct.

There is some good information, but I was expecting more
I was expecting a book, not a pamphlet with a colored, card stock, cover. Took me less than 30 minutes to read cover to cover. There is some good information, but I was expecting more.

Glad I purchased the book
Just received and will follow Cappel’s instructions, although I was a little lost trying to understand it all. Glad I purchased the book, it is very short and concise with the most important points covered.

Short and sweet and to the point
Short and sweet and to the point. Ive got some DVD’s and other books with the same “How” problem with those is they spend hours and hours on the why. Dont care, show me how nd lets move on. Thats what this book does, gives you some real quick basic Why and gets right to the how.

No worth it
This book offers little to no information on actual trimming technique and how to do it. Super disappointing. Title truly means simple.

I was very disappointed with this “book” as I bought it for a present. It is of very poor quality and looks likes a copy that has been printed from a proper book. It is very thin with very few pages. The diagrams and pictures are all in black and white and are of poor quality printing which makes them hard to see. The little information that it contains is useful, but I would have to say, the best thing about it is the glossy cover!
