Perfect fit and takes less than 5 mins to change out. My dog is so happy for the new flap. Her old one was warped qmd discolored from 10 years of Texas heat and sun.

I tried replacing the flap which had torn after years at the top. This looked like an easy job but you really need two people so that someone can hold the white bar outside while another person screws in the four screws on the inside. My old dog door is installed on the far left of the door so was not so easy to reach around to the outside. Rolling up the flap to try to hold the bar on outside is not easy and it kept falling off. So I thought about it and tried placing a piece of packing tape across the screws on the inside to hold them in place while I installed the flap and the bar on the screws outside. Then I added a row of packing tape across the bar outside to hold it in place. I rolled up the flap so I could hold onto the end of the bar outside while I screwed in the inside corner screw (I used a small electric screwdriver which makes it easier). I pulled the tape back over each screw as I screwed it in. I am a 77 year old woman and was able to replace it myself but not without some tape to hold it until all screws were tight. It fits perfectly, is nice and clean, and seals the hole so hot air is not coming in anymore plus it catches on the bottom with the magnet as expected. Happy purchase!

Compré esta solapa porque mi perra mordió la original cuando estaba cachorra. Le quedó perfecta a la puerta. Estoy muy contento con el resultado y la instalación es muy fácil.
