Perfect for cats
It’s just big enough for transporting a cat or small animal. It’s definitely too small to be used as a home or crate for a pet. I use it to get my cats to the vet. I definitely suggest using some zip ties on it for peace of mind. The plastic clasps don’t give me huge confidence. For the price, you can’t beat it. The top opening is a game changer. As little as I use them, I didn’t want to have tons of money invested in one. It came in 2 pieces that you put together. It’s fairly easy. I figured it out without any instructions.

Great carrier
I purchased the Small size in black/grey. We just adopted a 7 pound cat and needed a way to securely transport her home and to/from the vet. I looked at a lot of other carriers and landed on this one due to the features and the price.I am very pleased with this carrier. The top door/opening is a much easier way to put the cat in than using the door on the front. I love that the top door can open from either side and can be easily removed completely. It is also nice that the front door can be installed on either side so it can open from whichever side you want.The size fit my cat very well. Not too big and not too small. Plenty of room for a small blanket and the cat. There is enough room for her to stand up and move around a little as well as to lay down and curl up on the blanket.That latches that hold the top and bottom together seem to be able to become unlatched rather easily. I haven’t had that problem yet, but could see where it would happen. To safeguard from this, I used a couple of zip ties to ensure that the carrier could not come apart accidentally. There were a couple of holes already there where the carrier top/bottom meet that made this very easy to do.The ladies at the vet office loved the carrier (especially the removable top door/opening) and asked where I got it. This says a lot since I am sure that they see a lot of different carriers every single day.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Not safe , poor quality!!
I bought 2 of this carriers looks good a good size BUT very bad quality material is very flexible and if the cat weighs 7 or 9 Lb when i lift it front door open but it self and The top door latch is very weak and will come open when you pick it up with a cat in it. We ordered these for use a non-profit animal rescue and have had to do several repairs just to be able to continue to use them safely. We’ve even had a cat escape on transport because of the poor quality of the carrier. Overall this carrier is not safe to transport cats , you can loose you cat at any time in a place that you donât know . Very poor quality NOt recommend it.

Adopted a new cat who would not use my existing pet carrier to go to the vet Even though she’s small, it was hard to get her into it so I bought this. Haven’t used it with her yet, but as far as a pet carrier goes, this is a sturdy and good one. I had one once where it was hard to open and close the top opening. This one is easy. Well, we’ll see what the cat thinks about it. From what I can see, I think it will be fairly easy to shove her into this larger carrier. Hopefully.

Although we purchased this for veterinarian visits (the top opening is so good for our cat). Our cat uses it for lounging and chooses this sleeping space every evening, only liking her blankets in the heat register more. This was a great buy.

Perfect size and decent quality but was missing two of the latches that hold the top & bottom pieces together.Ordered a new one and it was also missing a latch. Company needs better quality control!!

Just as numerous other reviewerâs mentioned the top and bottom half are impossible to connect. They did not include the four buckles that are needed to attach them together. So frustrating as this would have been the perfect kennel. Return
