Great idea!
I have 7 foster babies that look almost identical. I cut the collars in half lengthwise to make them narrow and then trimmed to fit loosely on each baby. Didnât want momma kitty to take them off.Babies were about 2 weeks old when we added the collars. Makes it easy to see who is eating, pooping, playing. Plus, I weigh them often, so color coding helps keep track of individual weight, which is so important for the little darlings.I have an extra pack so i can replace collars as they grow. I have not used the bells yet since they live in confined space. May add later.Overall, the price is great! They are soft and do not bother anyone. Bright colors are easiest to spot, but all are so very helpful.I definitely recommend these collars. I am not disappointed in this purchase.

Better than expected!
I have a Chorkie that I adopted at 6 weeks when the mother refused to feed her puppies according to the keeper. He was 1lb at 3 months and now at 6 months he only weighs 2.5 pounds. I couldnât find a collar to fit his tiny neck so we are still using these collars. I just cut off the excess. If you want to take time to get the collar you want, these strong and the Velcro holds them securely. BONUS: the bells were perfect for letting me know any time he moves around. Heâs the quietest dog Iâve ever had or even seen! Potty training was and is easier since I hear when heâs starting to move around looking for a place to go potty. Not in the house please!!

Puuurfect!
These worked perfectly for our new litter of 5 kittens. Now that they are 10 weeks old they have moved into more permanent collars. These temporary collars allowed us to identify the orange ones easily!

Bought for my tiny raptor of a kitten
I bought these for my itty bitty terror of a kitten, they would have worked great if she would not have been Houdini and magically get out of them. Overall they would probably work for others if their pets are not magicians or spawns of hell.

These whelping collars are durable for all stages of new life. Easy to use and adjustable. Washable to keep up with the life of the collars. We did not use the bells attached(we were not sure if the puppies would accidentally eat them). They are a way of identifying which puppy is which. Stability and performance is A+
