Not sure
not sure about these treats. My birds did eat them, but my female parakeet has become constipated and I think I may take the treats away for a bit and monitor if she improves. I think I may stick to fruits for a treat.

Not the most nutritious ingredients, but great as a bonding/training treat
Context: I have an African Grey sweetie that I’m always looking to spoil a little bit. We’re already quite bonded, and she’s so old that she has decided she has had enough training in her life, but a nice little treat as reinforcement or just because she’s wonderful makes both of us happy. Even though the ingredients on this product are not good parrot food, in small quantities, I was hoping she would like them.Luckily, because of the ingredients (flours and oils are at the top of the list), these treats are nice and small. A good beakful for a Grey, but not enough to make her not want her healthier foods. I think of these more like handing a 5 year old a fun-size chocolate piece. The listing advertises some good nutrition, but there isn’t much of it. It’s not a criticism necessarily, a little piece of chocolate occasionally won’t hurt you, but these are not food.My pretty girl, typical of domesticated birds, wasn’t quite sure what I was giving her at first. It was outside of her familiar exposures, and we had to roll it around, taste it, gnaw on it, and otherwise give it the once over before we decided it was something to eat. It’s not a seed, nut, vegetable, fruit, or anything else they’d eat in the wild, so I’m sure it was a bit confusing. However, she didn’t take long to figure out she had a chocolate bar in her tiny little claws and started to eat it in earnest.I won’t say she loved them, but she liked them and enjoyed getting them occasionally. She didn’t pull a Jesse Owens to get to them like she did for peanuts, but she still liked them. That’s the thing about birds and food… your mileage may vary. I can say they’re a great size for a bonding or training treat, and if your feathered friend likes the taste, they’ll work great. I can’t knock off any stars just because my girl liked them instead of loved them. I’m only taking off one star because I feel that the listing is a bit misleading for trying to market these as healthy. I’m happy with them and will continue to give them to my Grey, but I probably won’t get another bag. Within the context of your nutritional tolerances and the fact that these are an occasional treat, I don’t have a problem recommending.

Birds love it.
My birds loves these. They have helped them want to bond with me and come to me to get their snack.

1 bird like them
Out of 8 of my birds, only one enjoys them. My Jenday conure likes peanuts so these were a no Brainer. Didn’t really need them as a bonding treat and more of a every now and then treat. He loves them.
