Update: Seller sent a new one out immediately. I haven’t opened it yet. But the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!The bag’s handle was sewn to the bag itself as shown in picture. One of the eyes fell off. I had high hopes for it due to the good reviews. But I’d skip this one. Very cheaply made.

Pole snaps easily…
After 3 uses, this pole snapped under normal use conditions. Had a very minor snag on a lily pad, went to slowly retrieve it and the entire pole snapped above the reel. My son was devastated. Unfortunately the return window has passed and I do not know how to contact the seller. We bought 3 others from this brand, and they work okay. The line gets caught up occasionally when casting and doesn’t throw out, but for kids, I guess it’s not a huge deal. The broken pole is definitely a big problem though. Disappointed mom and kid.

Underrated as**** amazing product 10/10 if you’re a small person or know a small person this is it. Yea “for kids” but theres advanced gear, the pole doesnt weigh as much as a cow it’s good to cast & easy to pack. This is the ultimate welcome to the hobby kit; get this for your gf, your sister, your nieces and nephews. Share the hobbies, this was an impressive product get it. Dont mind the color and the case can always be painted or have stickers.
