The search has ended!! I’ve had cats for decades and have never found a product that actually eliminated cat urine odors. I didn’t need to marinate the nasty places just spray thoroughly. Removed smell from the cushion cover, padded cover and foam cushion. Worked as well on previously treated areas. More importantly, quickly and completely. This doesn’t just cover up the smell only to have the stench return in humid weather. It eliminates it. Now if I could only spray it the re-pee-t offender

Works amazingly well
Love this works on washing your laundry and removing urine smells on tile flirting. You place it on the urine spots and it smells like urine then a few minutes later the smell disappears, it breaks down the smell, Highly recommend!!!!

Got rid of smell
Worked well on pet urine smell on my floors but in the laundry it was a huge let down.

Did not work for me but company reached out & issued a full refund, 4 stars for customer service!
UPDATE*** Matt from the KE Chemicals reached out regarding my review and offered a full refund on all 4 bottles I purchased. He was very polite and pleasant and offered some of the best customer service I’ve received here on Amazon. Even though the product didn’t work for my issue, I’d still recommend others try it as this company stands behind their product which is rare, appreciated and refreshing. Upgraded my stars to 4 for customer service!I accidentally spilt some of my cats urine on the carpet while cleaning (I have a litter device that separates the urine from the pellets) and immediately purchased a bottle of Urine be Gone, the upgraded Bissel pet carpet cleaner, along with an enzyme based carpet shampoo which should have been compatible with this urine remover, all with overnight shipping. Next morning when everything arrived, I shampooed the area and immediately applied the entire bottle of Urine be Gone to the corner. I covered the area with a dry towel as directed. The next day I rechecked the spot and it was mostly dry but the smell of urine and now this cleaner, remained. I ordered another 2 bottle pack in order to treat it again. After the area was fully dried, my cat kept going to the corner and doing the deep sniff- smelling the area, then opening her mouth (that’s what cats do when they smell urine, feces, pheromones). I blocked off the area from my Sphynx, and for the second time shampooed with the carpet cleaner mixing this Urine remover with the carpet cleaner and then following up with another full bottle of the Urine be Gone, except this time I lifted the corner of the carpet and shampooed the concrete floor and padding as well. Same thing- after the area was completely dry, urine smell was still very present and my cat was still sniffing the area. Again, used the 3rd bottle the exact same way and result with no reduction in smell. Finally bought a full gallon (have used 3 bottles now, this gallon will be the 4th), cleaned the area, and dumped the ENTIRE GALLON over the area, making sure to extend well beyond the corner. Odor still remained. I called my vet and he recommended Icky poo which comes in an unscented formula and they also offer a pre-treatment spray to use that removes any other fragrance/cleaner previously used for best results.

Purtroppo non funziona per niente con l’urina di gatto. Ho fatto tre interventi su un acciottolato, sfregando anche le fughe con una spazzola e lasciando agire il prodotto ogni volta per diverse ore, ma l’odore non è stato eliminato. Deludente.
