Looks goofy but is actually awesome!
My husband and our cats love this sweatshirt! It looks silly and I bought it as a joke but it’s so soft, the hood is cute, the strings are little balls that the cats love playing with, and my 18+ pound Maine coon fits comfortably in the pouch.
We’ve had this for a year now and they still cuddle in it a ton! My big kitty literally requests it! ð It’s still in really good shape and I can’t recommend it enough!

Not a great fit
I have 5 cats. One which is very needy and likes to be zipped up in my hoodies. So i thought this would be perfect! I am normally between a size 10-14, usually averaging around 12. I buy a size Large to make sure items will fit. A size large in unisex BTW. Usually this gives me extra room because I am more a size medium. To be extra careful i bought an XL because roomy hoodies I dont mind. I am glad i got an XL, this fits tighter like a medium. It is def more tight than a large. It still fits, but it isnt a soft, comfy, roomier hoodie that I wanted to lounge on the couch with my cat with. I will have to make sure that I am not wearing a bunch of clothes underneath to make super tight. That is my only issue, the sizing. Everything else is fine. It is super soft, I like the construction. The cat ears on the hoodie part are cute.

I usually wear between L and XL, I ordered an XL and it fits a little snugger than other XL hoodies I have. The material is soft and warm. I washed it as soon as I got it, followed instructions and tied the long pom-pom strings together for washing but one of the pom-poms came off immediately. I think they’re just glued onto the strings. My kitten liked playing with the separated pom-pom, so I didn’t try to return it. The pocket sags a lot from the weight of the kitten and she’s only 12 weeks and 4.7 pounds. I can’t see this working for her in a few months. She usually loves to be held and we often flip our t-shirts up like a pocket to hold her and she will stay for an hour or so. She’s not too fond of the pocket on this hoodie, she tries to get out right away. Overall, it’s a comfy hoodie.

It was there when we needed it..
I bought this for my husband for fathers day this year. We have three cats. Our younger two weren’t into the pouch, but our oldest, Scotchy, stayed in it. Throughout the next few months we didnt really use it to hold the cats. I mainly put it on when the AC was a bit too much, and when I did, the younger two kitties played with the little balls.
Fast forward to this last weekend. we were watching tv and heard a different meow from Scotchy. We knew his time was coming up. Scotchy had been my husband’s baby boy for 18 years and he was still breathing but he seemed in pain and was not getting up. The last time I saw Scotchy, he was snuggled in the Kittyroo as he was carried out to the car, where a friend drove them to the vet to end Scotchy’s pain. The Kittyroo just brought us a little bit of comfort that we needed on a very painful night.

Love the ears!
My kitten sleeps on this on the table in front of the windows every day. It is a good sweatshirt to wear and put your kitten in for a short period of time because personally mine doesnât want to stay in. She loves the balls hanging down and plays with them if I bend over. she stays in it if I hold her and bounce her up and down but does not want to stay and if I try to walk around. It is thin fabric but very hot. Iâve got a size medium and it is large but I like oversized things.

Poor quality Fleece
I loved the idea of this and after reading the reviews, purchased it for my Bf. The fleece is a really low quality, like really really low quality, definitely not worth $30.00. The sizes run super small. Are these in Women’s sizes only? I ordered an XL for my bf and while it fit, it was not nearly as loose fitting and comfy as something like this should be. Overall, I gave a 2 start because the idea is cute and who doesn’t love cuddling with their cat? But for what you pay, you may as well order a really comfy blanket and cuddle with your cat on that. Unfortunate.

Good if you have a small cat! Buy a larger size.
It’s comfortable and warm. My cat loves it and I can work/study with with in my pooch. It’s a bit small, so it won’t fit cats that are chubbier. My cat is 12lbs and part of his upper body stays out.

The Velcro that holds the inner lined of the pocket was sewn on backward so there was a strip of hook meeting hook instead of loops and the pocket kept detaching. The pocket lining was also smaller than the pocket so the cat did not fit well. It is comfy but not especially well made and the issues with the pocket mean my cat did not like it at all. I will probably try to remake a pocket lining for it as I can sew but it is really only good for keeping you warm and getting a laugh from friends.

The concept is really good and my cat is liking it as she loves cuddles and fleece, however the product/material is really cheap. I canât imagine this will be very durable and it doesnât feel great to wear. It would have been nice if it were snuggly for both my cat and I. If Iâd realised the quality I probably wouldnât have purchased.
