Aquatic Experts KloudAway contains active ingredients that work as a coagulating agent that targets unsightly particles in water such as uneaten fish food, dust, and other debris to produce crystal clear water. Microparticles clump together to make it easier for mechanical filters to catch.
Do NOT treat aquarium with KloudAway after the lights go off. Use 1 capful (5ml) of KloudAway solution per 10 gallons of aquarium water. Leave filter and aeration systems ON. Allow at least 12 hours for the flocculation process to complete. If necessary, aquarium may be re-treated after 24 hours.
What is the first step in determining the cause of cloudiness in my freshwater aquarium?

Yes. You must have a mechanical filter pad such as FilterFirst to trap floating particles, to remove them from the water.

Where has this stuff been all my life?!
Iâve had fish tanks since childhood and always cleaned them the hard way: draining all of the dirty water and replacing it after scrubbing and rinsing the tank, with occasional filter cleaning too. So extra. No need for that anymore!I shouldâve taken a before photo but when I tell you my 10-gallon tank was legit green from the cloudiness, it really was. After less than 24 hours and 2 capfuls of this stuff, itâs cleared up completely. At the same time, I did remove the filter to clean each piece and added new filter pads, but that combined with this solution worked like a charm. Such a game changer! Iâm really pleased with this product and highly recommend it for tank maintenance.

Works great in my turtle tank!
This worked exactly as advertised. My turtle tank was suffering “new tank syndrome” and nothing seemed to be clearing it up. We noticed a significant change by the next day and re-treatments continued to improve the condition. Our turtle didn’t mind it at all and, as seems to be an added benefit, it seems to retard algae growth as well. Our tank is in direct sunlight and algae usually builds up quickly but it grows much more slowly with the Kloudaway in the water. I did not see that feature advertised.

We have a small 5 gallon tank for gold fish for my grandson, Given the tank is so small it gets cloudy very quickly. This stuff worked for us and it took less than 1/2 of a cap full since our tank is small. I was getting frustrated until we found this product. Delivered the very next day.

Caused fish to die
Killed one of my fish with in 15 minutes of the product in the tank. Another one of my fish also seems to not be doing good. One cap full is good for 10 gallons, I have a 20 gallon tank so I put 2 cap fulls so all the measurements were correct. I took all my fish out so they all didnât die, I left the water in the tank to see if It would clear up like everyone was saying. It never cleared up.
